Massachusetts Roll Call

25 M Southeastern MA here. I've been lurking around the thread for a while and thought it was about time I made a public presence for myself. It'd be nice to get in touch with some fellow Massholes -- whether it's to make friends, talk sports, or get nasty.

It is sad. I'm in my mid-sixties, been married for 41 years and for the last five have been trying to get my wife interested (did the counselor thing and openly communicative about it) but despite everything, she has not initiated or been very responsive for years. I'm not going to get a divorce and yet I find an important part of life is now over....bc she said it was.

I feel that is very selfish of her, which I have told her, but evidently she's fine with it.

So, it's a sad story.

On the upside, anyone want to be treated like a queen at a fine resort for three days next week? :) If you don't have a sense of humor, you might as well just jump off a bridge, so I prefer to crack jokes and be upbeat.

Anyone interested in meeting to see how it goes?
 
Anyone in western MA around tomorrow night? Looking to meet for drinks and see where things go.

Hi everyone, great weather lately nice to be outdoors but would rather be indoors with a partner having a hot time. anyone else agree?

Mass is the northern most state I can ever find a thread for. I'm from Maine and I've tried creating one or two but no one ever joins in. So instead I sometimes just lurk here.
