How is it generalizing? It is White people that are tolerating the racism. If I said Black people kill the majority of Black people in DC that might be an uncomfortable truth but it wouldn't make it less factual. It's White people who tolerate the blatant racism here.

It hits a nerve because it's like talking to a wall. I was there, sitting on the sidelines of that other thread where you brought all this up before. Why does the question bother you? Here's another one. Why do White people think that "ignoring" blatant racism is a viable solution to racism or racist hate speech? I don't know of one civil rights or human rights advocates or organizations promote the idea of ignoring racism.

I never claimed "all" White people think or act in any fashion. What I do contend is tolerating racism in a mainstream business is pretty much an exclusive enterprise of White people.
