It is a big state I mean, one can hardly blame tiny Maine for not keeping up.

And I suspected California's Bakersfield would also be on the list. There's not much to do there except, er, well.....

"includes rates of STDs". Have you actually read those rates? Plano TX, the Dallas suburb ranks as the 6th SAFEST place to get it on. Austin, Arlington & Ft.Worth all ranked higher than Miami in terms of Safeness. Although, according to Men's Health, Miami got a solid C - unlike the cities who were listed under "Might As Well Get Your Shots Now (F Rating):
