Do you find that you naturally assume what is stereotypically thought of as a particular gender role in your relationships? I'm totally girly with men, but I find myself acting quite the gentleman around girls, especially petite ones. I open doors, pay tabs at restaurants, and generally take control. In the bedroom I'm switchier given the inclination of the girl. However, I never play this up to the degree of trying to look more masculine--I'm too fond of my feminine features. So it's strictly behavior, not appearance.
So how do you identify? Or is "gender role" not relevant to your relationship? If so, why?
