Just saw this. Hope things are going well. My thoughts are with you. :rose:

Thanks, love. He's doing alright. :)

Now this is bumped I should put here that we have discovered that the mass in hisn ose is only 5% cancer which is good news indeed.

Thank you all for your love, thoughts and prayers. :rose:

*hugs tight for EL* There is hope, I am holding on to that hope for you just like I did with my mother. Radiation worked wonderfully and the lump is pretty much gone, so hang in there and know that we are all pulling for you. :rose::heart::kiss:

I'm sorry to hear this, EL. Treatments are getting better all the time, though--I hope whatever you choose works. :rose::rose::rose:

Damned, I've been away so much that I hadn't seen this until now. Hugs, EL, and best wishes for your husband's speedy recovery.:rose:

Thank you 'flicka

He's doing alright, well, apart form having a massive dose of the flu anyhow.

the mass is only 5% cancerous which is good news (you so don't want to know what the other 95% of it is) and we've got him transferred to the decent hospital in the area for him to be operated upon. I'll keep everyone updated, but so far we're getting good news.

:)

:rose:

Hi EL!

How is he doing? Must be horrible having the flu on top of this.
Is he currently hospitalized? How soon will they do the op?

I hope things are going smoothly and this gets resolved quickly.

He's okay, shaking off the end of the flu now. he's at home still, we're waiting to hear on op date but it's not likely to be for a few weeks yet as far as we know. :)

I'll report in when there's something to report about!

:rose:Let's hope it's slow-moving and easily killed.:rose:

It is slow moving, it barely moved within an 8 week period between 2 CT scans, so that's good. the easily killed bit isn't quite so positive, but we'll see how it goes. :)

My husband got an appointment to go to the decent hospital (we've moved him from the local crappy one. You don't even want to know how awful it is there, it'll give you nightmares! *L*) that he went to when he had his teeth removed. He's going to see their Doctor on the 10th February, Surgery will follow soon after that. :)

Thanks for all good wishes/prayers/good vibes etc.
