i will mainly be talking about men, but this could just as easily be about women too.

This topic isn't a game, like all the other games on the playground. i've recently become aware of someone who was hurting Lit women by lying to them. This situation is NOTHING new to Lit, it happens constantly and everywhere.


Luckily, this particular man and i never got serious, i did meet him last year and honestly, some sexual playing took place. He promised me we'd meet again but luckily we never did. Today, i was approached by a beautiful Lister lady who knew of me meeting him and we started talking via PM.


i learn that this man, this man i considered somewhat of a friend, was playing predator on Lit. He got busted cybering 3 different women on Lit, all at the same time. i know men act this way but here's what i don't understand, why lie about seeing more than one woman? Why not be honest, and not tie yourself down. Just say i see more than one person, why play games and hurt individuals?


i know this topic will not be popular here, the playground is all about fun but i think the worst of this problem goes on here. i could be wrong.

Great post... Yes, this happens to both men & women. I am happy that you didn't get more serious and you found out early. By you finding out early saved you alot of hardship down the road.

When we fall off the horse we must get right back on and try again. Don't let it discourage you from meeting other LIT people. I am sure that most of the LIT people are real & genuine.

Most of us do hide online because you can't see our face. Some of us only hide our face (like me) and some hide who they really are. They think that just because we can't see their face they can not be their real selves.

Be glad that you found out sooner then later..

I think that you just hit the nail on the head, sweetheart. The ones that are major players usually are hiding from something IRL that they won't admit.

Are you referring to married but "he/she doesn't understand me types" in RL or is that a generalisation? I for one am totally single. I tease and play on the threads and I'm a lot closer to some than I am with others. The ones I am close to post together so if they wanted to talk about me they could do I guess. I have always said that places like lit, and the PG in particular is for having fun, well isn't it? I admit that a couple of fuckers here piss me off big time because they are so needy and jump threads to get themselves as the last poster; like a kid putting his hand up in the playground shouting "me, me, me, me" when the team captain is picking sides for the next game! They know who they are but they won't see the post here because it doesn't get them rated or boost their ego enough!

Life is serious but why the fuck do people get so hung up on message boards like this where an "I Like You" can be determined as he/she wants to marry me or bear or have my babies?

The substance of this thread I totally support and a couple of the victims I have had the pleasure of posting with in the past.

What irks me more than anything here is the changing of screen name or "alt"ing. Maybe there should be a thread to name and shame, with evidence of course!

I agree with you AF. I am a player. I love to play word games and picture games. But I will never hurt anyone along the way, perhaps just tease them a little, and they will know it

A couple of us are putting together a database of men which will make information available to women of long standing at lit.

If you submit the name of your cyber lover/relationship, their age, exclusiveness and marital status they would be checked against the information in the database as well as added to it.

If anything is known about them that would render what you have been told to be untrue, we will share that with you. We will not give out names of men on the database or people they could be involved with unless given explicit permission.

You may also submit historical information. Everything will be kept in complete confidence. You may also submit good stuff like "great at oral," whether you have met them in real life and how they stood up.

I have a real problem with this. It would work, assuming no female decided to lie about the men here and how about a data base, checking the womans "facts"?

totally agree.....while the principle idea may be good, this is online and that is specifically something that would be used as a revenge tool....basically "you wronged me, so I'm gonna screw you over!"

That is what I mean.. and sometimes we need to be mad at ourselves for being fooled, if we made bad choices. (and I am not saying the thread starter made bad choices)

We make bad choices on and off line. Get screwed over. Get cheated on. The list goes on and on. Lit life, apparently isn't much different. We all get fooled sometimes and we all could have made better choices sometimes.

exactly....I have an ex-gf that owes me quite a bit of money, but you don't see me slammin on every woman out there as being a vindictive backstabbing gutter whore....its that thinking that i Think has come into play online, that one guy did it so the other guys do it as well, which is absolutely not true!
