Help with an avatar!

Can anyone help me make an avatar? After a long time I've finally decided to put up an avatar... Everything I've tried has ended up too large. I've got a great picture of Peter North (Matt Ramsey) receiving anal and cumming all over himself from the classic The Bigger the Better. Can anyone help me make this image the proper size?

Nevermind, I think I figured out how to attach an image but its too big for the forum.

The above web site has a small program that you can use to reduce the size of a file. I believe it needs to be 100 k or less to work as an avatar.

Looking forward to seeing Peter North bent over.

Another good program you can use is Irfanview at www.irfanview.com. Its a free download, and you can resize your images to comply with the lit size requirements. If you get the program, but still have questions let me know, and I'll try to talk you through it.

If you need me to, I'd be happy to help. First you need to get 100 posts before you can have an AV, so get posting!!! In the meanwhile look at my post above and download the photo program. Play with it... And if you need help please give me a shout!
