But Springer...maybe about .00001&% more than Altuve or Correa but thats it.

The one thing we can definitely agree on is that Springer makes a lousy "hero" of any series.

When Springer hit that three run shot against the Mariners, the chode gave off “Big Dickhead Energy”.

I can almost get past the Dodgers’ payroll and them taking out my Brewers when I think about the prospect of having to watch another “Springer Celebration”.

Go Dodgers!!!…I guess…

(And at least one of us should be totally happy at the outcome, seeing as my dog is no longer in the fight.)

You think they did a VSC BECAUSE Max was gaining on Charles and likely would have passed him? I tihnk it was a BS VSC and Chalrss would have been passed on the last lap or two because his tires were shot and Max was going bonkers and the VSC absolutely saved Charles but I dont tihnk it was called on purpose to F over Max (and also maybe save Bearman from Piastri whihc in effect, helps Lando).
The fans also clearly were rooting for Max and didnt like Lando for some reason.

I'll modify my strange idea. I kind of enjoy seeing other people posting songs they feel describe their relationship with Kit. Anybody else want to participate? It'd be fun to see what you come up with! (If that's ok with our wonderful hostess!)

Early prediction:

Game 3. Blue Jays win. Not because of Scherzer who is done. But Dodgers bats go silent and/or Jays steal it in the 8th or 9th.
Game 4: Dodgers win easily (4+ runs).
Pivotal Game 5: Snell back to form, Dodgers win a close one, like 5-3.
Back to Toronto
Game 6: Pitchers duel again, Yamamoto looking rock solid until the 7th when the Jays tag him. Dodgers tie up in the 8th and then take the lead. Kershaw comes on in relief for the 8th.
Nothing happens for Dodgers in 9th. Sasaki comes on to pitch the final 3. Takes out the first two. Next two batters get on giving the Jays hope. Fly out. Dodgers win the series.

the best part about this is that I am guessing a lot of ppl will pick songs they like/seemingly makes sense...that I may dislike...so itll be confuzzling (yes I love that word...confusing, puzzlinbg mashed together. You like it. Youll steal it and use it now. Be my guest) for me in terms about how I feel about their song choices! Hahahaha!

I deff think the dodgers win the series. I could be wrong, but it just feels like that to me.

I hope you are right. I tihnk they are the better team for sure, but the Jays bats are pretty solid up and down. The Jays pitching is certainly not one to brag about though. Its a matter of if the Dodgers can keep up because while they have a great lineup as well, they havent taken advantage of all opportunities. They may have still lost game 1, but they blew lots of opps and the score likely should have been 11 - 7/8/9 instead of 4.

Well, I still dont think the Phillies would have won that series but in a 5 gamer ya never know truthfully.
I feel a bit bad for that guy though, he wont ever forget that for the rest of his life...and Phily fans are fucking ruthless. Dude should absolutely request a trade to like...KC/Tampa/Arizona/San Diego etc

Don't even know if they would have won the game! But I know that was a terrible way to end a fantastic game! I replay it in my head less than I do Joe Carter's 1993 home run (though, to be fair, I was 11 then), but it still haunts me currently.

I actually think Philly fans will be good to him. While ruthless, they understand the human element. Once they are done being mad, they'll be there for him. I'm confident he'll get a standing ovation in his first appearance next year!
