I kind of expected all the momentum to be with the Jays for game 1.
Dodgers didnt capitalize on numerous chances to add runs. May not have made a difference but losing 11-8 or whatever would have felt much better.
That said...well...Jays got stymied tonight.

Yeah, Game 1 was a bit of a throwaway. Game 2 was more what I expected.

I would say that Toronto has shown they can (when the stars align) hit the Dodgers’ pitching, so maybe they have “a slugger’s chance”…

Game 3 should resolve whether Game 1 was a fluke for Toronto.

We shall see…

Still thinking about this and to be honest I am disappointed in myself because normally this would be easy since I always have music running through my head.

Every time I think of our hostess lately, it's been those three songs from her current fav movie.
Especially "How It's Done".

I think about the sequence when it's presented in the film and it shows that, at that point, they are in control of their own narrative.
Kit is similar.
She is very adept and controlling how she shares things on here which is an effective skill to have.
Not in a manipulative way, mind you. It's more being protective of herself. And because we care about her, not speaking for everyone, we support that.
Kit, like some others on here comes across as very balanced.
She shows a little of herself, but she can also hold down a conversation about things as well.
It's what makes her thread, and some others on here, more interesting than just a place to get inspired to stroke.
Probably more than you asked for @Jw75766 , but I'm feeling a bit reflective today for my own reasons and this was what was on my mind.

Yeah but it is Glasnow. I am faaaaar less confident in him than I am Yoshi/Ohtani/Snell. Snell was jittery to start and never fully on but he was doing well until they trotted him out in the 6th.
Yoshi was...Yoshi.
I expect OHtani to pitch well.
Glasnow is the one to stress over. He is a high ceiling, low floor type of guy.
