I kind of expected all the momentum to be with the Jays for game 1.
Dodgers didnt capitalize on numerous chances to add runs. May not have made a difference but losing 11-8 or whatever would have felt much better.
That said...well...Jays got stymied tonight.
Itll be an interesting series.
Yeah, Game 1 was a bit of a throwaway. Game 2 was more what I expected.
I would say that Toronto has shown they can (when the stars align) hit the Dodgers’ pitching, so maybe they have “a slugger’s chance”…
Game 3 should resolve whether Game 1 was a fluke for Toronto.
We shall see…
