The best kind!Short one!
I just sent this right to my wife. It’s a running joke with us when I get her tea after dinner..
Thanks, brother. It was OK. I had to take it easy this weekend.Good morning Wonderer!
I hope you had a great weekend!
I've been going at it fairly "lightly" myself! Lol...Thanks, brother. It was OK. I had to take it easy this weekend.

Hard to do but a slight muscle or tendon tear from over kneading/stretching. Increase animal protein for building blocks, animal fat for increased brain and gland chemicals and collagen (gristle) for increased tendon recovery.Attn nurses: medical advice needed.
My wife had a massage on Saturday, and ever since then, her bicep is aching like crazy. She’s very sensitive to stuff like that, and the pain is not very much during the day while she was working.
But at night, it’s unbearable and she can’t sleep. Every time she moves her arm it’s very painful. She never takes medicine and last night she even took a Tylenol, but it didn’t seem to help.
We are trying a warm compress today, but like I said during the day, it doesn’t really hurt, it’s only at night when her arm is in a neutral position. It kept her up the better part of the last three nights.
I’d like to give this a love and a laugh emoji. The only thing left is live, I guess!Hard to do but a slight muscle or tendon tear from over kneading/stretching. That's my non-professional, uneducated, only-heard-over-the-internet opinion.
Sprinkle with salt.
Fix the lady a steak dinner.
That's awesome! You might appreciate this story.
Yesterday, I tried for a little range therapy and was plinking at about 90 yards with a 22 caliber rifle. At 50 yards I can get really tight groupings, but at 90 I was all over the place (even using a scope).
I’m reloading my magazines when a deer literally walks right across my range at 50 yards! It’s not off-season, but I only had a 22. The deer was not all that large, but that was not the right weapon for it, so it could potentially be cruel. And of course it’s illegal.
I mean, three minutes earlier I was blasting away, hitting all of the gongs, making all kinds of noise and this deer just happens to come right into the area!
I gave it a warning shot and it came even closer! Wise up deer! Eventually, it went scampering off, but not till it realized it was about 20 feet from me by the end!
Dear and I do not have a very good gardening history! That's awesome!
Somewhere, I have a video of a nice sized buck, who walked up to the patio, wanting to get into my Wife's pepper plants... She's trying to run it off (verbally) but the deer just looked at Her as if it were saying "Whut... I just want a few bites?"

Thanks OMMorning everyone, I want to thank our foreign thread attendees for letting me monopolize the thread yesterday as I attempted in a small way to honor and remember our military. And those that gave or were taken from us in domestic,or foreign conflicts.![]()
Yeah, I want to hear the answer too!Does anyone know the symptoms of arthritis in the lower back and how it’s different from lower back pain? Yes I have been having lower back pain especially in the morning and today it’s lasting longer than usual.

- Stiffness: Especially in the morning or after periods of rest.
- Reduced range of motion: Difficulty bending or twisting.
- Pain that worsens with activity: Mechanical damage from bending or twisting can worsen pain.

- Grating or popping sensations: During movement.
- Pain radiating down the legs or arms: In some cases, if nerve involvement is present.
Sounds like a much-loved ritualIf you’ve ever seen the film, it takes a while but John Wayne is the Colonel and comes in later in the film. When that scene came on, JW, walks in the hooch and right on cue, all the Green Beret’s stood up called out, AT EASE! Whipped out their green berets (which had been hidden under shirts or tucked away) placed them on and smartly saluted
I agree w/ @Wonderer67 ... gorgeous!!A view from earlier you might all like.

Aww... we miss you, tooThanks.. I miss y'all IMMENSELY when I can't be here!
Thank you... Didn't think I was up on the jargon... and it can differ from job to job or industry to industry. We typically refer to it as a "hitch."
Oh! Thank you! What an honor! I would never have asked...
I was thinking us girls can sit around drinking prosecco while W does the cleaning!![]()
Yikes!! Sounds awful!! Take care and hope the cook on this hitch does you right.Be careful with it... that flu I had on the boat a few months ago ain't no joke!
It almost feels like permanent damage was done.
My 2 cents:You know what I'm going to say!
Good handwashing.
Drink lots of fluids but don't drink only water. You will need electrolytes/salts. So drink tea, broth, Gatorade.
Eating isn't really that important. Eat what you can but don't force yourself to eat. Eat lightly. Broth. Soups.
Rest. Rest lots.
Now where have I heard that before? My paternal grandmother's name will probably ring a bell with you... Pendleton
Ugh - short weeks are the worst IMO. Mostly because it ends up fraught with people trying to fit 5 pounds ofShort one!
You and Wonderer both... hmm, correlation or causation at workI had an odd day today. Hard to get motivated. I did pull some of the taller weeds. I need to get out there every day!![]()
Definitely better than the alternative! Hope you're able to work the kinks outI’m also doing stretches for my back as I have some pain there. Aging is a pain but better than the alternative!
Thank you, OM. It's good to reflect and remember from time to time.Morning everyone, I want to thank our foreign thread attendees for letting me monopolize the thread yesterday as I attempted in a small way to honor and remember our military. And those that gave or were taken from us in domestic,or foreign conflicts.![]()
Well, I wasn't offended before...I wasn’t going to offend our Northern neighbors but yes…. WOW! A Pendleton. Being Army I was never there, but my crew this week is a Marine who spent time there. I think all Marines do at one point! What a legacy!
See? Jargon... hitch, tour... apologies in advance if I don't recall which to use with each of you...Easy “hitch” this week as Boat says! Man, 28 day “tours” as we call it. Haven’t done those kinds in years. Stay sane out there Boat, we’re sending our best wishes.
We all benefit from our wonderful medical team at the café... hope you follow enough to help make a difference, @Greylag. Feel better soon@Lilianna23 I am so fortunate to have you on call ... thanks for the advice and I promise to follow it... well most of it I am a typical guy
That doesn't sound relaxing at allSincere Thanks for the best wishes!... I get off Thursday, but have a thousand mile drive after that.
OMG - I can so see you two together doing thisI just sent this right to my wife. It’s a running joke with us when I get her tea after dinner..
I'm torn... on the one hand, a clear candidate for "thin the herd"... on the other, who wants to eat dumb meat? I mean, what other dumb things did this one do or pick up? Eeeeewww, right?I gave it a warning shot and it came even closer! Wise up deer! Eventually, it went scampering off, but not till it realized it was about 20 feet from me by the end!
What is with your deer, you two? Are they too familiar with humans? The deer I've encountered in the Midwest are much more skittish IMO.That's awesome!
