Just in: Female cop may be the reason Luigi Mangione goes free…

May 5, 2025 (10 minutes ago)

We regret to inform you that another female cop may have just botched a case, and not just any case, a major one…

Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old who’s accused of murdering United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, might walk free, not because he’s innocent, but because a female cop allegedly mishandled the search that led to critical evidence being used against him.

According to his lawyers, Mangione’s backpack was illegally searched right after police found him at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania. Now they’re demanding that everything inside be tossed from the case. And if a judge agrees, the entire case could fall apart, and one of the most high-profile murder trials in recent memory could blow up over a mistake made by a female officer.

But sadly, this isn’t just about one bad call. It’s about a dangerous pattern driven by DEI hiring, where meeting diversity quotas is more important than choosing the best people for one of the hardest, most stressful jobs on the planet. Just like the military, law enforcement shouldn’t be a social experiment. It’s life and death and more and more Americans are starting to ask the hard question: Are all these diversity-first hires really equipped to handle these high-performance jobs?

If true and he goes free, she should be prosecuted.

Does the right even have an understanding of innocent until proven guilty anymore

Or are they just allowing accusations to be acceptable these days?

Oh fuck.. you dipshits have managed to work misogyny into this....... Omfg

Your source vomits this type of shit, Jack.

If you’re pulled over by a lady cop, it’s time to hunker down and crank up those survival instincts—because odds are, you’re about to become the victim of a “whoopsie” moment. We see it all the time: female cops, unable to handle the stress and danger of the job, buckling under pressure and either losing total control of the situation or accidentally discharging their weapon.

That is weapons grade derp.

Search incident to arrest doctrine should apply and justify the officer's search.

The defense is throwing everything they have at the wall and hoping the judge has a bias they can use as leverage. This is normal.

I am not blaming DEI for this one. Rather I blame the general ignorance and contempt that most cops display when it comes to the Constitution.

The cop had every authority in the world to search Luigi's person when he was arrested. No argument there.

But a warrant was needed for opening and searching a backpack. Just the same as a warrant is needed for searching his home, his car, his phone, his storage unit, or etc.

The motion may well succeed.

I've seen cops search bags all the time when they stop a person of interest. Especially if that person is suspected of possessing drugs or guns. Do they have to ask first?

Depending on the state and the circumstance they likely have to either obtain consent or else obtain a warrant. They can justify a search under exigent circumstances like if they suspect a bomb is in the backpack.

Otherwise if they have the backpack in custody they're better off waiting for a warrant to search it. Otherwise the evidence might get tossed.

Did that cop look anything like this? If so, she might have helped others evade justice too.

Uhh, no. Once he was arrested, the police could search the immediate area, his person, and his belongings for evidence or dangerous weapons he may have tried to secrete or hide.

It's called a search incident to arrest and is a valid exception to the warrant requirement IF the search is conducted as part of the arrest sequence without any period of delay.

We will see what the court has to say.

Don't be too surprised if it is disallowed.

Okay so what exactly is the problem they are claiming exists. I have a decent guess but I don't even play lawyer on the internet. I google stuff listen to people (yourself included believe or not) who have greater understanding of various topics than myself and see what's what. So what is your guess?
