As a rule I am not either but this lemon bread is pretty good....I'm not a real fan of squash or zucchini or eggplant
I am.just waiting for the go ahead for the commune
I will be biding my time.....You'll know. It'll (likely) be ready for you 12 months after I hang up my cleats.
Tool belt.
iPad.
Whatever . . . .

My dad loved doing stuff like that!My dad would mess w m when’s I was a kid, turning the antenna this way and that.
“Right there…. Ok… now lift up your right leg…”
And dumbass me would be sitting there for a few minutes, him keeping a straight face.
If memory services me right, they must have caught it before there was a major problem because liberty went down as scheduled. However, the guys working in the engine room still had to perform maintenance to flush out any mud sucked in as I didn't see many of them crossing the Quarter Deck going on liberty.
And mowing the lawn. The lines gotta be perfectly straight….
It is good for angst and anxiety.
Or if you’re a nut, like me!
Nice! For an experiment, we moved a bunch of plants into the shop, with a tiny little heater and grow lights.
We're still getting tomatoes and peppers, the roses, a cactus and a lemon tree bloomed.
I'm liking this Captain fellaThe Captain just smiled, nodded his head, looked back at the Admiral, who said, "Carry on, I'm not going to interfere with working sailors." And they went on about with whatever Captains and Admirals do."
I keep meaning to look up whomever created those cups. Did they make a fortune? B/c they are everywhere on the East Coast!!! Lovely gift idea!Todays coffee…
These are the classic diner to go cups or from any sidewalk stand in New York City, job site breakfast trucks…
VOCs - in this case, terpenes. I have strong reactions to them... and to lots of the products suggested to flush them out of clothes. I love their practical and medicinal applications... but for other people. I need to keep my distance.Once we even grew a pot plant! Man do they smell!!
I have another phone that has some good sunrise/sunset pics.
I won't photobomb y'all, but I'll post some of the nicer ones sometime.
I really enjoy the wholesome HEA stories, but thinking there may be some humdingers where that feller's involved. He was one of the good guys as was the Engineering Officer, ... Our Division Officer was a different story. He came aboard as an Ensign (O-1) and left the Navy four years later as an Ensign.
Figures - "follow the money"At a dive boat company I worked for, safety regs didn't allow me to replace an end on a drop cord, but they'd allow me to stand in 6 inches of water and connect 480V shore power in a live panel, to get the crew off of payroll.
I just called it "training."
But I used to test 220V with the back of my hand... I use a meter nowadays. Lol
I unintentionally did that once. Did not care for it.Just like water, air, and most people, electricity takes "the path of least resistance."
The key to working on it live (which I don't recommend to ANYONE to do) is to NOT become that path.

My handyman laughed at me, too. Fuck it. When the new switch cover comes in, I'm still shutting off the breaker while I screw it in place.Yeah, fuck that!
One thing I don’t like to mess with is anything electric.
My neighbor is line man for the power company. He laughs at me!
I love it!! I can barely tell a carnation from a rose, but I'm in... I would subscribe to that thread!I know the Mrs is a big gardener.... she needs to start a thread call it the dirty hoe channel and we can have the same vibe about plants....can you imagine... Hahahahaha
We can talk about hoes here
Dining out w/ certain friends/family, we never speak about it but if it's lunch or dinner their lettuce garnish makes its way onto my plate... and if it's breakfast, my bacon makes it onto theirs... and everyone is happy with this arrangement.I might eat two salads a year though, if they're piled high with taco meat and cheese.

Constantly!!!The other method I use, is do it on Lit, then when it doesn't post, I copy it, refresh the page, paste it and post it...
Happy Birthday, @Qky75It's official I now fit the demographic of the thread today. I'm no longer a whippersnapper crashing the party.
Same... I really liked that Veronika video, too. Similar energy.I love all this woman's posts.
Hola, chica!!It has been fixed many many times. It is like pushing a cart with no wheels. It is old old old. Like a car without power steering.
Yikes! Very glad you came out unscathed... especially as it took 3 hours?!?Yes a typical green stick fracture. It was caused by the storm. Very dangerous to cut as it could twist back on me.
Well the results are in from the biopsy. Like so many other older men have the lowest grade of prostate cancer that involves watchful waiting.. I see the doctor in a few weeks to go over monitoring.
Think this would work for strawberries, too? I mean - you do wash them even if their organic, right?Strawberries: I remember the first year I nearly got any berries. The second year was great tho. Then the deer came…
Fuckin deer…
Congratulations. There are several positives to passing 50,It's official I now fit the demographic of the thread today. I'm no longer a whippersnapper crashing the party.
Nobody doubts that!Look at these gorgeous boys! Come to Auntie Lili! I have treats!️

Would love to have a dunk with you some time!
Oh, no! Did you get any sleep? It's 130a & I'm wide awake. The alarm goes off at 430a. If everything goes as planned, I'll be working from 6a - 9p. How lucky it will be to be me. Hehehe
LMAO! That reminded me of standing outside and turning the antenna so dad could watch the Razorback games!
Did you have your phone backed up? Can you recover them? Thanks!
I recently lost hundreds of EPIC shots, due to a phone "crash."
Is the payoff worth it? I saw you mentioned a 30 hr work day. Were you awake the whole time or do you get sime sleep breaks? That is a long-ass day!In my line of work "Friday" will be 04 March... but my weekend is 14 days!
Awww! That is so sweet! Thanks! Being away from Her for 28 days is the hardest thing I have to do in this job.
Did you have a good trip home? I hate it when I wake up before I want to then can't get back to sleep.I woke up and 0230. I rolled over and gave it another hour, said the f-bomb, and got up. Fixin'ta pour cuppa #2. It's pack-'em-up day. Got to do a wee clean on the job here and then ride down to the next brief assignment for orientation. Getting up to speed on the new job, one tidbit at a time.
Oh, my new/rebuilt big iPad wouldn't charge. No idea why. When the battery died, it rebooted itself and then started tookening a charge again. Who knew???
I hope you got some more sleep B2.Good morning Boat1 and others of the Spoon. I had trouble getting to sleep and then staying asleep. My hip hurts, took ibuprofen, waiting for it to kick in. The good news for our nurses, no more bleeding and no fever. I am going to try to get some sleep. See you later.
This is a gorgeous car, Wat!My most recent Packard acquisition. Such a deal. And it's a CCCA full classic, the last that Packard made:
