I guess I probably shouldn't tell him that dad wouldn't allow a Ford in his driveway. LolDon't tell Wonderer67 - he likes Fords

Bet it is hard for her too.... I bet you bothe are a great teamThanks! Being away from Her for 28 days is the hardest thing I have to do in this job.
Yeah me too.....I woke up and 0230. I rolled over and gave it another hour, said the f-bomb, and got up. Fixin'ta pour cuppa #2. It's pack-'em-up day. Got to do a wee clean on the job here and then ride down to the next brief assignment for orientation. Getting up to speed on the new job, one tidbit at a time.
Oh, my new/rebuilt big iPad wouldn't charge. No idea why. When the battery died, it rebooted itself and then started tookening a charge again. Who knew???
SAHWHEET!!!My most recent Packard acquisition. Such a deal. And it's a CCCA full classic, the last that Packard made:

How many CI?Biggest engines outta Deeetroit that year, and the overdrive models were the fastest cars.
Don't tell Wonderer67 . . . his Fords didn't keep up.
Sweet little tdk.... she was sitting by the phone agreeing with everything ethyl was saying...I know. She sends it through the Ethylsphere. Kitten, too. The boys are good. The girls oppress them.
I'm making more than I ever have, and I've had an easy first 2 weeks here. Next week isn't sounding all that bad, either. I make phone calls, I look at plans and read spreadsheets, and I write reports. Wash, rinse, repeat. They're polite and helpful. I can do that, too, so I will. It's almost phoning it in but I have to be here. I can deal because they pay for travel. Generously.
You are gonna get him riled up..... hahahahaBiggest engines outta Deeetroit that year, and the overdrive models were the fastest cars.

How nice to hear.... it is a lot of work to keep a marriage together across distance. I saw it with my own parents. My dad was an over the road truck driver.... my mom had a lot of work on her handsThanks! It is hard for her... we do work well together... she's who I've sought for my entire life.
I might tell our story one day.
How many CI?

I am.just waiting for the go ahead for the communeJust remember, this is so not the rest of your Life.
Nor is what I'm doing mine. I can maybe see my way clear for 24 months. I'll evaluate at the end of next year. If I have enough bank, then we'll see. It'll be close.
My dad would mess w m when’s I was a kid, turning the antenna this way and that.LMAO! That reminded me of standing outside and turning the antenna so dad could watch the Razorback games!
That’s terrible. My phone pics are some of my best memories. Thanks!
I recently lost hundreds of EPIC shots, due to a phone "crash."
Hey Lillanna23,What's the rest of the story? Was there a problem?
1940 Ford ModifiedI had 2 Chebbies in a row that broke my heart and I drive Dodges/Rams any more. My classic interests are 1941-1947 Packard Clippers. I like the short wheel-base coupes the best, and I wanna build a ballsy inline 8 for one or two of the ones I have accumulated.
I do still respect old Chevies. I'd kind of like a '32 coupe.

All that’s in my driveway is Ford.I guess I probably shouldn't tell him that dad wouldn't allow a Ford in his driveway. Lol
