Ok … first debate in 2025 ….

Chicken wings VS Fried chicken.. which is better?

I love fried chicken -- it is perfect comfort food for me. The right level of breading, well seasoned, crispy fried -- it is fantastic.

But wings are fantastic as well. Flats are great, drums are my favorite, and there are so many ways to cook and sauce them.

And then you have things like Korean fried wings! How can you not love those? The spicing in the breading, the sauces (or no sauce), that wonderful crunch! Joy!

As @Whiskeyjack put it so well, it is situational. I love each in its way too much to choose. But I am happy to share! Both are communal foods to me, to be shared with good drink and outstanding conversation.
