There’s a lot of variance with floggers, some are just more show make a good noise but are very light. I think it’s good idea if you’re going to be the person wielding it that you try it on your arm first as a good gauge. I do think that there is a good divide between those that enjoy the sting and those those that prefer more of a thud.
