All it takes to shut down a Youtube channel is a handful of copyright strikes. There are enough from this site alone that it could get nuked.

His feedback page indicates that he doesn't allow unsolicited messages. That's the frustrating part--without someone who knows him contacting him, there are no brakes on this plagiarist mining his entire works.
Yeah, don’t send to that. They’ll pull the video to avoid a copyright strike, if they’re even halfway smart. That’s the entire reason the “contact me if I’m infringing” message is there; it’s not to avoid infringing, it’s to avoid consequences. There is a "business" email listed on the channel's About page. mdnazmulalamshajib@gmail.com
I searched for NoTalentHack and Vanilla Ice came up. Search algorithm confirmed working.I discovered one of my stories on YouTube a few years back. He even listed my pen name and the full title so it was easy to find it.
I just contacted YouTube, and they removed it within hours. No questions asked.
In retrospect, I should have left it there because it was great advertising for all my other titles
You might try watching all the videos. Other than that, I don't know. If it is AI-generated text read, it'll be rough to sit through. It doesn't look like they give credit. I picture this as a p money-grab page with paid videos embedded in the video. Haven't bothered with watching one yet.Just when my writing starts to sell on Amazon, someone steals the stories and gives them away. I doubt any of mine are there. I don't know how I'd know if they were anyway.
Do they give Credit to the writers? My penname at sales sites is Mary Not Wollstonecraft. Penname or pen name?

Man that's shit. You just got over everyone taking the piss of of that ridiculous haircut and then you get doxxed by YouTube on your porn career. So, cold, so cold.I searched for NoTalentHack and Vanilla Ice came up. Search algorithm confirmed working.
Oh, that’s funny, Rad.Maybe we should point it out to the loving wives trolls.
Yep. Nearly all of my stories have had a big chunk of time in the marketplace before appearing on any story site like Literotica.Seriously, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Sell it before they can steal it. It's the same with Amazon--create your own collections and bundles. Perhaps Lauren could slap her imprimatur on it for a cut. I better stop before the marketing side of my brain over-temps. As an aside, two of those whose work I spotted on Amazon and advised them are now publishing on that platform.

And in the United States, you have to have gotten a formal copyright to have any legal standing, ergo actual teeth in assorting ownership.
Right. Even if you had a formal copyright, posting your story here for free read legally is valuing it at zero.True! And if you are giving the story away here, it would be hard to argue damages if they give you credit. It can be interpreted as free advertising for your stuff that's up for sale.
Well, when you're not getting shut down by YT like they should be, why couldn't they get bolder? Doesn't seem like it matters who the author is they don't care. Howver, if Ohio is made aware of it and can drop a note on his home page, maybe his fans will swarm the video...which still may not matter.I decided to check back in on them, and they're getting bolder. They stole one from ohio, who has 4K+ followers here and is still active, along with several other folks.
The remedy is an account of profits - no need to prove special damages.it would be hard to argue damages if they give you credit.
Have the authors copied their Certificate of Copyright from the Copyright Office to Youtube?Well, when you're not getting shut down by YT like they should be, why couldn't they get bolder? You don't need one to get a book pulled from amazon, just proof you published the original prior to the stolen one.Have the authors copied their Certificate of Copyright from the Copyright Office to Youtube?
Neither Amazon nor Pornhub are Youtube. Focus. You don't need one to get a book pulled from amazon, just proof you published the original prior to the stolen one.
FFS porn hub pulls clips at the hint of a complaint whoever posted it didn't have the right too.
This site will also do it if someone steals a story from another author.
Now if you go to the vid linked above and go to the description and click 'more' they give a list of yakity yak about a bunch of things then there is this line
Is there something in the video that belongs to you and you want it removed? Please message me and I will have It removed.
So they're fully aware of what they're doing and banking on the author never finding it, which is possible on the endless internet, but it pretty much admits what they're posting is not theirs.
Last point and to your smart ass answer. Its funny for you until someone steals something of yours then its "why won't anyone do anything", content creators of any kind need to stick together, not act like its a joke.
