I came across a story on youtube that sounded very familiar and quickly realized that the story being read was from this site.
I already emailed the author but I had a hunch and did a story search using text form another random story on the channel. Sure enough it was from a story on here.

Sorry I'm not really sure where else to report this. And I know that this is something that gets under authors skin so I figured I'd pass this over to you guys. Some of the stories are a few years old and I think nobody would have noticed had he not used a recently posted story.

It seems pretty lousy of the channel since they're getting paid for your work.

Sounds like a strongly worded email regarding intellectual property/copyright laws is in order and, if nothing else, a very firm demand for at least 50% of any payment received by the channel as a direct result of posting that work from the moment it was posted on YouTube!
The argument would be that without their hijacking of someone else's work without permission there would have been no payment in the first place!

Half of it? Claim all of it. File a copyright strike against them. Get them demonetized so they can't earn money from ads. It's a bot reading the text.

On the videos there is a gear symbol in the upper right hand corner. Click it and you can choose to report the video. There is an option to report it for “infringes my rights” but only the story’s author can use that. There is another option to report it for “sexual content” that anyone can use.

I‘m surprised the videos have so many views. I guess that’s how illiterate people get their Loving Wives story fix. So weird!

That's just terrible, for a number of reasons:

1. Yeah, someone else's hard work ripped off (but that's assumed, are they all the same author and they are branching out to a different medium?)
2. Bot voice is unlistenable
3. Story not massively polished text wise
4. Still getting 6k + views
5. I would have thought this was not within the YouTube T's & C's for content so maybe it's a transient issue

...

(6. No one ever makes the effort to rip off my stories. Self worth spiral) 😜

That is so bizarre. I didn't know people went on YouTube to listen to stories being read to them. Do you know how many of the twelve videos he seems to have posted that are from here, if you can even know that? Which are the two that you found so far? He could easily buy the images from some stock image site, if he didn't just lift those too.

The first one that drew my attention was this one:
which is "Vicious" by chymera https://www.literotica.com/s/vicious-1 and it was just posted a few days ago which is why I remembered it.

The random one I picked was
which after a search was "The Fallout" by pietro108 https://www.literotica.com/s/the-fallout-1 from back in 2001.

For me I didn't bother looking for more since it's clear what they're up to. To be fair there is at least 1 or 2 videos that are from reddit posts. But I'm willing to bet many of the other are from here as well.

There's another issue, his channel isn't unique. And they rip each other off all the time. There's a ton of these types of channels and once they run out of content they will start ripping off ones from other channels to keep things going.

Almost all of them say that they're reddit related but they're not. I would usually go look for the original threads on reddit and many stories I can't find at all. I suspected they were getting them from infidelity forums since I located a few but as for the others they just seem to be nowhere. Now I suspect there is some short story site that they're ripping off. This was the first time I ever come across one using stories you guys make for their content.

Heh and yeah I spend a lot of time driving for work delivering. Got sick of music eventually and kinda got hooked on these stories.

I had one of my stories ripped off and made into an amateur porno. The producer had the gall to e-mail me and ask if I was willing to write a sequel. He offered NO money. His star sells her videos online for forty bucks a pop. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me a copy. I had to obtain one from a "grey" source. Damned if it wasn't my plot. Even whole chunks of dialog were the same! While they are making money off my work it's probably not enough for me to launch a legal takedown. It IS galling that they don't at least give me a percentage. They knew how to find me when they wanted free labor! If you are curious the story is called "Patent Pending" and it is about a scientist who shirks down the sexy wife of his boss and holds her as a tiny hostage until the boss makes sure the scientist gets nearly all the patent rights on his shrink ray. In the porno, they used a giant dildo. In my story, I used my imagination!

I didn't think of people listening in a vehicle. I haven't driven at all in the last two years, and my driving dropped off a lot in the previous ten. So some people here have suggested ways to fight back. I'd have to think more about that, because the Internet is so - both over-regulated and lawless at the same time. "Tyrannical anarchy," is the term I've heard in other contexts.

I think it's fairly likely that there's a machine-learning rig automating the creation and posting of these videos, and that the multiple channels who appear to be ripping each other off are in fact part of a network the perpetrators operate.

One of the niches where this is being done is content for preschool children. Millions of videos exist, aimed at kids who will just let youtube autoplay all day long. Youtube's algorithm prioritizes channels who release content frequently, so, the faster and more automated producers can crank out videos, the more views they get as the autoplay sequence cues them up with zero curation. They post similar content on multiple channels because Youtube doesn't like to put the same creator in the autoplay queue over and over again, so, multiple channels and accounts means the same producer can capture hours and hours of view time.

What is that expression? "Some day you will own nothing, and be happy about it."

You should have sold bootleg copies of her videos for 20 a pop.

As of June 21st, two more stories were found on Revolving Time.

"Windmills In Spain" by PAPATOAD (impossible to contact?) was published today (VI-21) as "My cheating wife start to her dating with her boy friend every passing week. Finally she wanted...."
"Thunderbolt" by Hooked1957 (emailed him) was published a couple of days earlier as "My Long-time marriage disappears in a flash. My ex and I wound up a divorce statistic..."

If you click on the grey box, the post's details expand. The "owner" of the site displays his business email and also the statement: "If in this video anything belongs to you pls inform me that I will remove it."

Sadly, the comments extoll this plagiarist's writing brilliance, and he gladly accepts the compliments. Unlike many of these thieves, he's mining current accounts (Amazon is full of work from inactive and deprecated accounts). If anyone can contact PAPATOAD, let him know. Same with Hooked1957. Anyone else who finds their work on this site can report the content using the "Settings" tab to report it to YouTube using the last option "...violating my rights". Then, send him an email (the address which I will not reproduce here to cease and desist)--include the Literotica site copyright link: https://www.literotica.com/faq/legal/stories-copyright
The people who do this are monitizing the content, so it's really just plain old theft.

The site owner changes names and other minor details but leaves other recognizable details, which are easy searches on Literotica. Also, by changing content, you are telegraphing the fact that you're trying to hide the origin and source.

These are the same people who hang a 96" 4K television on the wall, run it through a high-end sound system, and then spend 90% of their screen time watching Netflix on their 6" phone screen.

I've looked at just two videos, which are both stolen from Literotica: one from Hooked1957 and one from PAPATOAD. Thieves are lazy, so he's found an "open" (read: 'unguarded') source, and if you look at his actual writing and Gmail address, he's not in a place where the long arm of US or even Western copyright goes. In chasing plagiarism on Amazon, the same holds true. In the case of PAPATOAD, he doesn't allow story comments or direct contact, so unless someone contacts him, his work will be at the mercy of this plagiarist! I emailed Hooked1957, so hopefully, he goes after it.

Using Kindle Unlimited, I used to download these "200+ Nasty, Dirty Stories Bundle" and search for terms like Literotica (writers here love to mention the site in their stories), as well as phrases such as "RandI," "for editing," "previous chapter," etc. In a bundle of any size, that gets 2-10 stories to pop up. Search a few unique storylines, and boom, a match! I used key cliché phrases from Literotica LW, such as, "love only you," "we need to talk," "it's not what you think," "an account in my name only," etc. I have a list of about 25-30 that, when entered into the search on my Kindle or Kindle for PC (which is easier to search), always gets a couple that can be cross-searched using the site Search function.

Next, I would email the author, but many stories are stolen from long-dormant accounts. So, more often than not, I never got a response. In one case, I got an email from a daughter who obtained access to her dead mother's email account in order to settle some estate questions. Wow, that was an experience for she and I. Recent or active accounts responded about 90% of the time, but in fully half of those cases, the writer didn't want to tell Amazon that he or she was writing erotic stories. That percentage goes higher where it concerns stories from "Incest/Taboo" or "NonConsent/Reluctance." Yeah, there's a reason writers don't generally advertise their public persona. The thieves benefit from this.

What kept me at it was the number of folks who did push back on Amazon and shut down the stolen work. One went on to take the stolen work I found on Amazon and republish it under his own Literotica pen name (he's since published a lot more and has become successful!) Two of the thieves have stopped publishing altogether or, most likely, opened new accounts. They're like roaches.

I've stopped chasing the Amazon plagiarists because it simply became too frustrating. Yes, occasionally, I rear my head again, like with this Revolving Time mess, because these two writers are active and what I consider as good authors. However, doing it on the level as before, it became like what I refer to as "punching holes in water"--you make a hole, but as soon as you withdraw your fist, all you have is a wet fist, and the water has reclaimed its own.

Sorry for the long reply...

I agree. But the trouble is that some companies will literally not even do anything unless they get a bona fide lawyer to send a $$$ letter to the offending party's hosting company.

I also find it repulsive that people take the work of others and leverage it for their own profit.

Unfortunately, you are trying to defend someone else's work. And the individual doing this has stated he'll take it down if the owner of the work contacts him. So, he's probably looked up the laws which apply wherever he lives. And based on the phrasing of some of those screenshots heading the videos, English is obviously not that guys first language.

Hooked is active; you should be able to reach him through feedback.

His feedback page indicates that he doesn't allow unsolicited messages. That's the frustrating part--without someone who knows him contacting him, there are no brakes on this plagiarist mining his entire works.

So, he's probably looked up the laws which apply wherever he lives.
My experience with these people is that they live in places where the last thing anyone wants to deal with is their citizens' theft of intellectual property from a foreign website. The stolen stories on 'Revolving Time' are receiving rave reviews because they are well-written, coherent, and interesting. Contrast that to the garbage that you normally see on these YouTube story sites where someone took a story that was already bot-translated into their local language and then translated it back into English using a similar translator. They remind one of the old classic spoof of Soviet Eastern Bloc Rock, "Supersonic Electronic!"
