Cannot sleep. Damn it.
Cure your insomnia, eh?
1. No caffeine after 4 pm.
2. Avoid screen time (e.g., TV, computer, cell phone) 2 hours before bed.
3. Try to go to bed at the same time each night.
4. Try to wake up at the same time each morning.
5. If you can't fall asleep within 20-30 minutes of going to bed, get up and do something relaxing.
6. Don't take naps during the day.
7. If all else fails, get a hold of some zopiclone from your local health care provider.
