It's still busy here, and looks like it's going to be pressure right up to Christmas, but then I should have some time to myself! This year has rushed by somehow...

Someone asked me today when I finished for Christmas and I surprised even myself with the answer... turns out it's the end of next week. Though have to help someone move house on saturday... but not me yet though darn it!

I've closed the business for 2014 and we won't reopen until January. So I'm looking forward to a break from stress, worry, deadlines and stupid hours, and instead enjoying spending time at home with family, socialising with friends, and trying to turn myself back into something resembling a human being that can string sentences together into a form of conversation...

Sorry I have been a bit of a stranger. The last few weeks I have had non stop viruses, on top of work, it's dragged me down a bit, not been able to sing or anything.
On the upside, the business is going well, the last couple of markets went well, and I am beginning to take more orders.

Daisy, I'm snowed in by choice. Have to get the car out tomorrow some how, probably go with gravity until I hit a clear road to get out of the village.

Over here on the warm side of the Pennines, we had a dusting of snow yesterday but just rain today so it's all gone. Horrible damp cold now though....

I'm glad I'm not trying to drive in snow - not fun in a rear wheel drive automatic
