hello, Bear! I understand the zucchini quiche turned out well. Congratulations!

It could possibly use even more cheese or possibly a stronger one, like Asiago but it worked quite well. HM will finish it off for dinner tonight since this is 'use up leftovers Thursday'. I'm eating cold smoked muskox sandwiches.

Good idea...I went and foraged in the fridge and am finishing the linguini with grilled eggplant, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, grilled chicken and goat cheese. It reheated nicely.
