The Client

Perfect Shill

“Your wife is very compelling,” Marcus told Brian. “If you let her work her magic, she just might convince me to rethink my selection of tax law advisers.”

Here comes the payoff, Josephine thought with an inner smile. She had him hooked. Now, she had to reel him in.

“My husband is the best, Mr. Washington,” she said sincerely. “You would do well to retain him for your tax matters. I would like that, too. You see, we often entertain my husband’s clients... not just at affairs such as this, but at dinners and parties in our home, too. It would allow me to enjoy your charming company again, perhaps even dance another Tango.”

Not Your Average Fish

“You would do well to retain him for your tax matters. I would like that, too. You see, we often entertain my husband’s clients... not just at affairs such as this, but at dinners and parties in our home, too. It would allow me to enjoy your charming company again, perhaps even dance another Tango.”

Marcus smiled and leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "It would be nice if life were that easy wouldn't it, a single dance with a beautiful woman, land a client with annual billings of 8 figures". He leaned back and gave a hearty laugh. "I believe you consider my a very simple man, easily persuaded by a simple smile or a single dance, but I'm afraid it takes a bit more commitment to earn a trial of my business and my trust. But I do respect your efforts...but I'm sure there lies more boldness in there lurking.....I have enjoyed meeting you both".

Marcus had finished his drink and walked alone to the bar to have another before moving on. He was honestly disappointed, he had hoped that he held more allure for not just the ambitious attorney, but with the wife he wanted to get to know better.

Brian watched Marcus walk away with mouth open shock. He thought they had him. From the way Marcus had looked at her as they came off the dance floor, he thought Josie had once more worked her charm.

Hooking his arm around her elbow, he pulled her along as he followed Marcus to the bar. Stepping up next to him, he spoke quickly.

"My wife meant no offense, Mr. Washington. Of course, we know that a man of your success is not going to base such an important decision on one casual encounter. We'd like to make it up to you. Would you do us the honor of joining us for dinner some evening soon? We can then discuss what unique services my firm and I have to offer someone in your position. You pick the night and the restaurant."

Smart Move Brian

Marcus had just ordered a glass of Johnny Walker Blue and took a sip, savoring the warm, smooth, burn of the finely aged scotch, when he sensed Brian and his wife slide up next to him. Her mood was harder to tell, but his was clear, Marcus and the business he represented was his top priority. He had thought his wife had closed the deal, but by god, he was not going to lose this.

Marcus smiled, he was still most interested in Josephine, but Brian was growing on him. It may not have won him any points as a husband, but Marcus really didnt' give a damn. He could care less if his advisors were good family men or husbands or wives. No, what he wanted to know was he their number one priority, how large of a sacrifice would he make. Brian was seemingly willing to use his wife as bait, and then dismiss and apologize for her, when she failed to land her fish. Yes, Brian had the "whatever it takes" mentality Marcus looked for, and potentially a set of ethics he would gladly bend based on the opportunity at hand.

He looked at Josephine, "Is that what the lady would like as well, to entertain me?" He smiled and turned back to Brian, "If so, I will gladly accept your offer, I am available next Thursday night, and any restaurant would be fine, however another option I might suggest is that we dine in a more intimate setting? Let me invite you to my penthouse overlooking the park. I will have my chef cook for us or we could eat at your home if you prefer?"

Controlling Instinct

“Is that what the lady would like as well, to entertain me?” Marcus asked with a smile, looking into Josephine’s eyes in a way that suggested he meant, at least playfully, the double entendre. Then he turned back to Brian. “If so, I will gladly accept your offer. I am available next Thursday night, and any restaurant would be fine. However, another option I might suggest is that we dine in a more intimate setting. Let me invite you to my penthouse overlooking the park. I will have my chef cook for us... or we could eat at your home, if you prefer.”

“I’d love to have you to our home sometime,” Josephine interjected before Brian could answer. She knew he would offer to have her cook a meal for Marcus, thinking this the best way to win his favor. She understood instinctively, however, that Marcus would prefer to host their next meeting, both to remain in control, and to further impress them with his dominating wealth. Then he would come to their house on another occassion, when they knew nothing they had to offer could match his generosity. “But let’s get together at your place first. That way I’ll get a feel for what sort of food you enjoy.”

The First Step On The Path

"I would love to see your home and enjoy your hospitality, but my place it is, Thursday works?" Marcus, had a top chef, who specialized in Asian Fusion cuisine, but he could do a fine job at anything he requested. "You should know that I am a man of robust appetites and I enjoy all types of flavors, the more exotic and adventurous the better. However, I want to be a good host, so if you have any food issues, allergies, please let me know, otherwise I will tell Henri to create a food experience!"

He smiled, he did love hosting, his place was unique and something he enjoyed showing off. "Dress comfortably, and bring swim suits if you would enjoy an after dinner swim in my pool or relaxing in my large jacuzzi?" He looked at Josephine as he said that, picturing her in soe slinky sarong or better yet a bikini to showcase her obvious assets.

He wanted to set a stage to get to know her one on one, and he hoped he had the perfect opportunity, "Brian, I bet your wife is a woman of very good taste and considerable sense of style. I am thinking about redecorating my place and having some decorators show me their ideas. I have promised whomever I choose will have the first chance to do the design work for my new casino. Josephine, I want you to think about it, but when I meet with the decorator, I would like to have you consider joining me, I would love to get your opinion? Think about it, you can tell me on Thursday."

A Whole New Level

The elevator vestibule for Marcus’s penthouse covered more square footage than many people’s apartments. Nervous, Josephine said nothing as she and Brian crossed the expanse of marble floor to the door. They ignored the sitting area to their left with its spectacular view of the city.

For the first time in years, Josephine felt insecure in the lofty society into which her husband’s professional success had lifted her. Growing up on the wrong side of the tracks, only her innate intelligence and unrelenting ambition had won her the scholarships necessary to attend the famous private university where she had met Brian. At first, the affectations of his rich and sophisticated friends, coworkers, and clients had intimidated her. By the time he had made senior associate in his firm, however, she had learned to play their games better than most of them. On the other hand, her one encounter with Marcus Washington convinced her that he had no need for such poses, and no time for posers. She worried that he would detect her humble beginnings and dismiss her for them.

They stopped before massive oak double doors. She did not know if the guard at the security desk on the building’s lobby had informed Marcus of their approach. He had simply found their names on the right list and pointed them to the proper elevator.

“Do we knock?” she whispered to Brian.

Preparing For HIs Guests

The last few days had been busy, the questions were coming fast and furious and he was learning the Nevada Gaming Commission was no joke. Marcus had taken chances, cut certain corners to get to where he was. There may have been a day, long, long ago, when Marcus had asked permission....be he didn't remember when. He was bold, took chances where most men flinched, and asked for forgiveness...maybe! Some of those decisions were biting him squarely on the ass.

As Thursday got near, he remembered the couple, the ambitious attorney eager to get his business and his wifeH, his ticket for entry to this little soiree. Marcus knew well the price for his audience, the value of his time, was he truly willing to pay it...perhaps more importantly was she? He hoped to know both answers soon enough. He owned the entire top floor of the luxury condo complex, and unparalleled view of the water. The decor reflected rare hardwoods that had been flown in from Cypress, the marble from Milan, yet it lacked something, he knew it, a woman's touch. Just the right touches, rugs, tapestries, warmth. It was a bastian to masculinity. He hadn't been lying when he said he wanted her opinion, now whether or not he would take it was a different question.

He had his chef create a menu of fresh chilean sea bass, cooked with seaweed and teriyaki/wasabi glaze. But appetizers would be served out on his sky deck, the best sushi you could find, edamame and some vegetable and shrimp tempura, just in case his guests didn't enjoy things quite as RAW as Marcus.

He had his full staff on hand to serve them, he wanted to make this night special. He even hoped whether it be tonight or another night, he might enjoy his pool with Josephine...he had suits, but the best nights rarely involved them.

He rang them up, taking one last look in the mirror, he had on one of his favorite dress shirts, a dark blue....

th

He had wanted to host them, show him this glimpse of his life, given them a taste and see how much them. He opened the door with a smile, "Welcome to my humble abode....I'm thrilled you could make it, I hope you won't be disappointed".

Opening Moves

"Do we knock?" Josephine whispered to Brian as they stood nervously outside the door to Marcus Washington's penthouse. No sooner had the words crossed her full lower lip than the door opened and Marcus stood before them. Either the guard in the lobby had informed him of their arrival, or he had hidden cameras in this vestibule.

"Welcome to my humble abode," he greeted them with a hint of self-conscious irony. "I'm thrilled you could make it. I hope you won't be disappointed."

"The only disappointment possible would have been if any of us had needed to cancel," Josephine replied smoothly, suggesting their time equaled his in demands and importance. Then she made an offering to his pride. "In truth, we have been looking forward all week to spending this evening with you."

"The only disappointment possible would have been if any of us had needed to cancel...In truth, we have been looking forward all week to spending this evening with you..."

Marcus looked directly at Josephine as she took the lead for the couple and took her hand, "Well that would have been a disappointment indeed...and trust me, I have been equally looking forward to having you...both"

He leaned down and gave her hand a kiss, with his thick, soft, moist lips. He let out a satisfied sigh as he stood back up still holding her hand, and then releasing it. "So, I have arranged for appetizers to be served out on my skydeck, but I thought perhaps I could get you each a drink, and then give you a quick tour. Josephine, I would particularly like to have you visit my master bedroom, I would love your suggestions, of what we might do there...it longs for a woman's touch? My tastes tend to be far too masculine."

Turning to her husband, "Brian, I think you will like the gameroom, there are many games I like to enjoy, and the penthouse pool....my guess..." Again, looking back at Josephine, "... is you enjoy a good workout as much as I do?" Walking over to the bar at the far end of the great room, he slipped behind the bar, preferring to prepare the drinks himself tonight, "I hope I have anything you might like, perhaps even try something you have never had before...something exotic?"

Surprising Delights

If Marcus spoke in double entendre, he kept it subtle. She knew all the rumors about black men in bed, from their aggressive passion to their exceptional equipment. So, when he suggested Josephine try something she had never yet had — something exotic — her thoughts did flit momentarily to how the musculature of his fit body must appear tightly sculpting his mahogany skin. Ignoring the resulting warmth in her loins, she focused on the matter at hand, selecting a drink.

“I revel in exotic new experiences,” she replied as enigmatically as he spoke. “Please... surprise me.”

Wetting the Appetite

Marcus went to his wall of various liquors, he particularly enjoyed different rums and tequilas he had collected around the world. However he also had a fine selection of more traditional aged bourbons and scotches, gin and vodka. “Hmmm, the lady enjoys exotic, so let’s start with my special Mai Tais and if the lady wants more I will see what I can whip out to more fully satisfy her? I will take any requests and will humbly attempt to satisfy any desires you may have. I believe I am well stocked and would welcome your challenge”. He smiled at the attractive couple, although his mind was working on how he might separate them for a bit.

He pulled out the Gosling’s Black Seal Bermuda Rum, the Mount Gay Barbados Rum, the Cointreau, the special syrups and the fresh squeezed lime juice and mixed the deceptively strong, but delicious cocktail. “I wanted to start the evening with a bit of an island theme as I have a proposition for the two of you later, that I would like you to consider?” Handing them the drinks he cocked his brow, “Now, from what I described, “what would you like to see first, or shall we head to the sky deck for appetizers?”

Brian took a sip of the rum punch. Delicious, but certainly not exotic. He and Josephine often vacationed in the Caribbean. It occurred to him that, intimidated by his wealth, he may have overestimated Marcus Washington.

On the other hand, he had to make sure not to underestimate the potency of the drink. He remembered a "pirate cruise" he and Josephine had taken once in Barbados which offered unlimited rum punch. Actually, he only remembered the first half of the cruise. To this day, neither he nor Josie could reconstruct all that happened that night, nor how they made it back to their resort.

"Appetizers sound like an excellent idea," he suggested, not wanting much more of the cocktail on an empty stomach.

Marcus dismissed the casual response. He had more exotic things he could do, but he had selected specialty rums that connoisseurs like himself would appreciate but was not surprised when they didn't. The goal was something strong to get things going and put everyone in a more liberal state of mind. Brian was an issue, he needed to get a handle on him sooner rather than later, if the lady wanted to truly play, and how bad Brian wanted his business?

"Great, bring your drinks and follow me to the sky deck. I have a special surprise." As they reached the deck, they were greeted by a smallish Japanese man, who Marcus bowed to in respect. "Brian and Josephine, this is Hiroyuki Urasawa, the founder of Urasawa in Beverly Hills. Hiroyuki is going to be creating a new food concept for my resort and casino in St. Kitts, I'll tell you a bit more about that later. As a favor, the renowned chef humbly offered to serve as our personal chef for the evening, his only rule is as he brings out each new dish, we consume it in less than 10 seconds to optimize the freshness of his culinary art." Dinner at Urasawa's was a $395 per person omakase menu extravaganza. And Hiroyuki was considered one of the top 3 to 5 sushi chefs in the United States, for normal people, reservations needed to be booked a year or more in advance. Not for Marcus.

Marcus looked at Brian, and wondered if this impressed the ambitious attorney, or if this too would pass over his head? However, he was more interested in Josephine and hoped this might get her mouth watering, and as good as Urasawa was, inspire other areas to get increasingly wet as well!

Extraordinary Extravagance

At first, Josephine assumed she had simply misheard Marcus. As a dedicated foodie, however, she recognized the famous sushi chef on sight.

His eyes met hers. He bowed. She bowed in return.

“What a delightful — and impressive — surprise,” she said turning to their host, knowing what Marcus would want to hear. It also gave her additional insight into him. Hiroyuki Urasawa and his acclaimed Rodeo Drive restaurant had disappeared for a time a few years ago amid allegations of underpayment and even abuse of employees. Clearly Marcus had no compulsion to avoid controversial, or even criminal, associates if it served his purposed. This suggested a risk taking, high rolling, attitude of which she might take advantage at some point. For the moment, however, she would simple indulge in this extraordinary extravagance. “I have always wanted to experience Urasawa-san’s omakase dinner.”

“What a delightful — and impressive — surprise,...I have always wanted to experience Urasawa-san’s omakase dinner.” The chef bowed and Marcus smiled at both her knowledge and the compliment. But her acknowledgement suggested she knew the darker side of Urasawa, a side Marcus had investigated and become satisfied that whether or not it was true originally, Urasawa understood the impact of another scandal. Marcus also had few delusions, people were a bundle, and superior talents like Urasawa often drew some of their genius from the darker sides of their souls...ultimately it was always a question of whether the juice was worth the squeeze.

The fact that Josephine enthusiastically embraced dinner, and the culinary masterpiece Urasawa delivered suggested she also evaluated each risk on its own merit and then made the call whether or not to indulge. The multi course dinner lasted almost two hours, spectacular, with wine pairings on every course. Laughing and enjoying each other's company, the conversation was dominated by the interplay of Marcus and Josephine, with Brian only speaking up when the topic touched on or was adjacent to something close to his expertise. His wife alternatively was well read, with a wide variety of interests, and opinions compelling and engaging in their delivery.

Wrapping up, he had a nice selection of ports, cognac, irish cream, sambuca or coffees, lattes or espresso for them to choose from singularly or in any combination. The drinks had been flowing all night already, and if Marcus was feeling it, they must be as well, and the resulting conversation was increasingly bawdy. "We could have our drinks here, or if you would like, we could go enjoy the hot tub and enjoy them there. If you need suits, I have a wide selection to choose from?"

Sensuous Surrender

Josephine’s instinctive discretion warned against it, but the temptation of lounging in a private hot tub with a luxury penthouse view overwhlemed her better senses. As she sipped her
Sandeman 30 Years Old Tawny port, she caught Brian’s eye. Lowering the crystal cordial from her lips, she nodded nearly imperceptibly to her husband.

The Sandeman port was a fine choice, and showed Marcus even more regarding the refinement, and excellent taste of the lovely woman. He joined her, he loved port, particularly when paired with a good cuban cigar, but he refrained in consideration of his guests. He looked at Brian, and couldn't help but wonder what she saw in him. Maybe he was hung like a horse, or maybe like so many, she married early and hadn't realized all the spectacular options she might have had by waiting a bit longer and letting her tastes refine.

No bother, Marcus gave little regard to the institution of marriage and they were all adults, and could make their own decisions regarding old fashioned, and in his mind, severely outdated, vows of fidelity.

He got up and reached out her hand to hers, assisting her up as well. He had his glas and he grabbed the bottle of port in case they wanted more. "Are you joining us Brian? If not we shant be too long unless we get lost again in conversation."

"There are suits in the dressing rooms, all sizes and types and all fresh and clean..I entertain here often. Suits are optional of course, but many prefer the more provincial customs". With that he let go of her hand and began to lead back into the penthouse pool area.

Comfort Level

“Of course Brian will join us,” Josephine insisted. Turning her face away from Marcus, so that her hair hid her expression, she glared at her husband, frustrated by his passivity this evening.

“Brian loves a hot tub.”

That, at least, had the virtue of truth. She wondered why Brian had remained so quiet all evening. They had come here for him, to advance his career, but he had done little to impress their host. She wanted to speak with him privately, to determine what he had in mind. By the time she turned back to face Marcus, she wore a warm smile.

“Please point us to the dressing room. Perhaps it’s ‘provincial,’ as you say, but I will feel more comfortable in a bathing suit.”

As they undressed in private, Brian admired his wife's slender figure and pert breasts.

"Maybe you should go out there nude. I'm sure he'd agree to retain me then." His smile suggested that he joked, but an edge to his voice revealed a peevishness provoked by the attention their host had paid Josephine all night.

Two sets of shelves flanked the vanity and mirror in the dressing room. The ones on the right held men's swimming suits, mostly tight and skimpy Speedos. Brian ignored these as he picked out a pair of dark blue trunks, sized extra large. He sighed at this necessity. He'd had a 32 inch waist when he graduated from law school. Years of long hours behind a desk had expanded that to 36 inches. He had given so much to his profession, he could not turn back now that a path to the pinnacle of his career had come into view.

He considered Josephine's beauty as she examined the shelves of women's bathing suits to the left of the mirror. He made a suggestion.

"Wear a bikini."

“Wear a bikini.”

The tone of Brian’s voice offended Josephine far more than the nature of the request. It lacked the lusty timbre of a husband wanting to enjoy the view of his wife’s body. Instead, he spoke with the cold and calculating qualities of a lawyer seeking to establish a tactical advantage.

This, on top of his earlier jibe about her going nude, sparked an image in her mind of walking out there right as she stood here now, fully naked. She wondered how the confidant and flirtatious Marcus Washington would react to that. She imagined he would handle that, as any situation, with more aplomb than her tax attorney husband.

Even, however, as this fantasy hardened her nipples slightly, their tingling reaching down into her loins, she simply picked the sexiest
bikini she could find on the dressing room shelves. Trimmed in white, the black Fendi logo design on its mocha brown spandex meant these few scraps of material certainly cost at least several hundred dollars. She especially liked how the pieces tied — or, suggestively, could untie — at the hips and between the breasts.

While still nude, she afforded Brian one significant, and not particularly friendly, glance.

Then she wordlessly donned the suit, adjusted it in the mirror, and walked out to the pool area to look for Marcus.

Marcus was chuckling to himself, as he headed back, the frustration Josephine was feeling for her husband palpable. He went back and stripped down, he enjoyed looking at his naked self in the mirror. He liked the image of the mandingo warrior, and was more than proud of the spear that hung between his legs. He tossed on gym shorts to temporarily cover himself up and waited for the ambitious attorney and his smoking hot wife to join him. His sculpted upper body, however foreshadowed the even stronger statement he would make below the belt. He did not share Brian's problem, as his waist was now barely 30, yet supported his 48 inch shoulders, and muscular, powerful 30 inch thighs, to perfection.

As he watched them walk out, he let his eyes scan Josephine up and down, she had a body that deserved to be coveted. "Excellent choice, beautiful and teasingly accessible for a man brazen enough to untie the right knot. I could not have chosen better myself." He poured another drink for each and set it on the side of the hot tub, and then looking into her eyes, he untied the tie on his shorts and let them puddle to the floor. He saw Brian wince, and put the fig leaf to what he was sure covered a specimen no where near as endowed as his own black python. He was curious as to her reaction, but didn't want to put on too much of a show, so down he went, flexing his arms and chest as he lowered his body into the hot, bubbling water.

"I do hope nudity doesn't bother you, I just enjoy my hot tub au natural, but I never want to make my guests uncomfortable."

Brian instinctively glanced away when Marcus dropped his drawers and revealed his impressive manhood.

"I do hope nudity doesn't bother you," Marcus explained as he settled into the steaming froth. "I just enjoy my hot tub au naturel, but I never want to make my guests uncomfortable."

"We're fine," Brian responded immediately for both himself and his wife, more worried about Marcus's comfort than hers. "This is your home, after all... your customs. You should be comfortable."
