I had the same problem. I got so annoyed I pulled all my stories. Then realized that the rejected submissions mentioned characters asking their mothers if they could be a girls, or if they could wear a dress. Just innocent stuff like that. That gets rejected as "child porn". Even though there are mainstream children's books and films "Bill's new frock" "The boy in the dress" etc, like that.

I just had to edit out all of that stuff. Also, too many spelling mistakes or bad paragraph formatting gets rejected

Yes, I tried to argue that, but got nowhere. Most trans folk start young. I started a 4 years old. It is not porn it is just clothes. They wernt having any of it. I was a little offended. That's why I pulled most of my stories. I came back as the audience is huge here.

I post on https://bigclosetr.us/ which is mainly a trans site.

Fictionmania.tv is the other one. There is all sort of nasty stuff there though.

I live in the UK so I'm out. I'm glad you mentioned crossdressers and sissies. Often we are a lot different. The sissies I have met do not want to be women or often even look like them. They wanted to be humiliated. Some crossdressers like myself, want to be treated like women. They want to experience what it is like to be a woman with a man.

Although many cd/tv's do not want to be women. We are a broad spectrum. I have had guys just assume I am a sissy and try to treat me like crap. No,no,no. Not my bag LOL
 
I am trans feminine and would not normally call myself a sissy, but I get the connection.
I present almost 100% of the time as female, completely openly, and that feels natural.
The sexual aspect of receptive sex I do not enact, except with toys or cyber. I do write stories about it.

Grammar rules and conventions, particularly in dialog, are strictly enforced. You will not usually get detailed reasons for rejection but you'll be directed to the guidelines.
That even happens to me, and I am an experienced writer in other fields. The reviewers require you to follow a uniform set of conventions, just as book publishers do.
The guidelines reflect what is standard for publishing in the USA; although they are not always followed elsewhere, they are a requirement here.
For subsequent stories, I refer to one that was accepted and follow the same conventions, using it as an example.
The guidelines for the contents of photos in illustrated stories are much stricter than those for linked photos and videos on the forum. You cannot link to photos from a story. You have to upload the pics, which means Lit is hosting them.
And of course your stories cannot contain, or imply, depiction of anything illegal.

If you'd like, you can PM me and I'd be happy to take a look at one of the stories that was rejected and see if there's anything obvious. One quick thought: are your stories at least 750 words? That caught me once.

Thank you, I appreciate the thougts. I'll have to recover it - I know I trashed it, but I had versions of it saved, so I'll see what I can do. And yes it was defiinitely more than 750 words.
 
I like stories about cross dressers who are sissies…I myself love to dress in lingerie and become very submissive once I am dressed..don’t think I would call myself a sissy though..

Why wouldn’t you call yourself a sissy? I wouldn’t call myself a sissy either even though I bottom for my girlfriend.

And you won't need a lot of readers to enjoy what you write, you can find a community who enjoy what you enjoy here and that can be very satisfying even if it's just a few readers! I write in some very specific genre's, and although I don't have a lot of fans, I have gained a loyal following of a community of perverts who enjoy the same things I do, and that makes writing here a joy, even if I never become popular or acclaimed 'Lit wide'.

Thanks so much!!!! Im hoping that I gain a following that enjoy my lil niche, although I just want to share what I write. Im not really doing it for the likes or follows or whatever... Hopefully some folks will enjoy it. If not, thats ok too.... My daydreams turned story are pretty interesting and exciting to me, but your results may vary!!!🤣
