So I "borrowed" this old pressure cooker from a shed at the homestead. It has to be over 100 years old. The gasket was kind of ratty, so I found one on eBay that fit - more or less.

I've been canning and canning and canning. Trouble is, the thing leaked like Vette's penis. So a few rolls of duct tape around the seal and it's holding a constant 10# of pressure. Now it's done cooking and I can't get the tape off.

Like my granny used to say, "If it's not one fucking thing, it's another."
