Early in my still nascent drinking career I tried a shot of that at the bar in the Hotel Congress in Tucson at the recommendation of an old-timer. I had tried Irish whiskey but never Scotch previously. It costs $12 a shot and certainly seemed worth it. You can taste the peat.
