We’re not done testing the “absoluteness” of certain fundamental Constitutional rights.
What was the point of or where were you going with that statement?
It was a complete thought. Certain rights—free speech and bearing arms to name just two—will continue to be tested and perhaps restricted. As Scalia and others have said, fundamental rights are not necessarily absolute.
