Years ago I went to a two day concert. Overnight spent the night sleeping on the grass near a couple friends I went to the show with. I am NOT a voyeur at all, but I once watched a lady lose her virginity from an apartment below a friends apartment. Yes! I started doing this a while back and now I look forward to business trips out of town. I try to put on a show for whoever may be watching - dressing, undressing, coming out of the shower and so on.
 
Many times when we have guys over to play with my wife we start off by sitting outside in our atrium, an enclosed patio area off our bedroom. Brother missed a trick there - he should have charged his friends for the time they spent looking through that peephole! Maybe if he'd done that and shared the profits, he might have got away with it. 😜
 
Across the street from my previous house, the neighbor's 19 year old daughter had a bedroom in the front of the house, and was obviously an exhibitionist.
