No magic formula and might not work for everyone, but a few things that worked for me:
1- Patience. Took a few years to get there
2- Excellent non-sexual relationship- all the romantic and real life supportive husband stuff, not faked.
3- Prioritized her pleasure and orgasms in sex for years, making sure she really loved it and knew I would try lots of different things to see how they felt for her.
