Lordmikel does not explain how Malcolm "realizes that someone is at the gate." It is already established that the house is hidden from the gate and vice-versa. Maybe there are spots in the backyard from which we can see the gate, but that would compromise our privacy. It might be better to assume there is a CC video screen in the pool house that shows the gate.

Any other ideas in that regard?

I did not mean to suggest your post was wrong, simply that it needed an explanation.

Let's go with my idea that there is a CC video screen in the pool house that shows the gate. Malcolm would have noticed it while looking for Dawn and Mary.

If you kill the first 12 to get to be ruler, number 14 is going to bump you off immediately. In the grand scheme of things, he did your great great grandmother a favor."

He then admires the car and her, "besides, it does look like you are doing well for yourself."

"Miss Josephine is out by the pool. I can escort you there, if you would like." Malcolm was quite relaxed here, he was used to escort detail. Well he watched a lot of escort details, they were usually in the way, so he knew how to handle them.

Actually, Josephine is in her boudoir with Constantina.

If BernadetteRochelle does not post soon, I'll probably change that but, for now, that's where she is.

A Bigger Apology

Anyone who pays attention to the political threads on this or the General fora can guess who I am. I'm not trying to hide it.

Apology

I had a lot of fans. I received several PMs each week from people who agreed with my political views, but did not want to face the backlash of declaring so publicly on these fora. I feel that I have let those people down.

I am in this situation because I was lazy. I had a habit of posting the same post in multiple threads if that post was relevant in all of them. I did this on October 2, 2019, on three threads. I then saw on some of my posts from the day before that the fora moderators considered such practice such practice "Flooding the forum with posts" in violation of Forum Guidelines.

Rather than going back and making each of the three posts I had posted earlier that morning unique to themselves, I lazily posted under each a single lame sentence suggesting each was unique from "the one before it"; "the one after it"; and "the other two." The moderator either did not notice the differences in these sentences, or deemed them insufficient. The end result of my laziness was a severe sanction.

I apologize to all members of these fora for my laziness. To those of you who faithfully followed me before, I apologize for the disruption to my posting.

Don't fret. This is how I feel about it:

I think Lit treated you unfairly, for all the reasons others have expressed earlier in this thread.

I suspect the culprit is adrina. This happened right after you humiliated her on a thread. She pulled one over on the administrators.

I'm tempted to start a petition.

I, of course, would like to see the thread continue.

I think that would take two things:

Something to drive some plotline beyond just sex and conversation.

An aggressive but selective recruiting campaign by as many current members of the thread as possible.​

We could introduce a zombie apocalypse. A slight time jump of perhaps 6 months as the place got fortified. It would give us easily controlled villains, a use for the fortified mansion. Just a thought.
