I think it depends on the situation. If I'm in bed with somebody, I'm usually on my back, so they can watch. If I'm on my own, I can be in any of a number of positions. From time to time, I do build a pile of pillows and lay across them, face down. My head being lower than my body does make me cum quite hard. The rush of blood, I suppose. Anne.
