Years ago when I worked in retail, I had a crossdressing customer who came in a few times a month to shop the women's section in which I worked. He was a peach, and he was typically dressed in women's clothes and wore full makeup, a beautiful wig, heels and amazing accesories. Many times we ended up having a great time looking at outfits, laughing and just talking about fashion, life, our jobs, the mall, etc. (I did that with all of my customers who were interested in schmoozing while shopping). I would bring him different sizes in the dressing room as well. He was relatively modest and never hinted at anything even remotely sexual, but I remember being very intrigued and wondering if he was into women or men. Other customers would do double takes and I would just greet him when he came in during my shift and if he needed help I would jump right in. It was a true pleasure and I wish all customers were so engaging and fun. For a while I wondered if he was married, dating, etc., but I never dared asked him or ANY customer about their status (unless they asked about mine first of course).

My point in all of this is to say that you never know how you will come across to people. I have never dated a cross dresser but if I met a guy who is into that I would consider it like any other interest he might have and ask about it, find out if/how I could support him, etc. And well damn, how fun would it be to date a guy with whom you could go shopping and then go home and have an amazing roll in the hay afterward? A person's reaction to your crossdressing will depend upon that person of course, but give it a shot - you just never know.

Straight cross dressers? I’m not so sure, especially talking about pegging, etc. While I am sure that some women can accept a CD, most seem to be put off by it. My SO does not appreciate it nearly as much as I had hoped she would, especially since it makes me so happy…and I think I look pretty good! But straight?
