Tens basically uses electricity to contract the muscles. It depends on what part of the body you want to work.

I understand that, but to work the pads need to be attached to the opposite sides of a said muscle. My imagination fails me when I try to picture where these pads need to go to work here.

Never mind, I was thinking about sticky pads, I didn't know there is a vaginal version of it! But I still don't think I want to try that.

I think I figured out how to get a bit more done at a time: do it before and after shower! This way I don't have to undress again, but have time to cool down.

Finally got to the magic 100! The whole experience is very similar to the callanetics or pilates set-up - tighten up, hold it, and do very small repetitive movememnts. I can't separate only the inside muscles for so long, from about 30 the ass gets involved too and then after 50 it's the whole lower body. So even if in the end it doesn't do anything in terms of the ping pong throwing, it is still a nice ass workout. Maybe I should brush up on what I remember from about 18 years ago when I took a callanetics class for a year and come up with some standing exercises that can be combined with vaginal weight. Probably a smaller weight for now, like half a bottle of water...

And the evening: 100 + 100.

Lately I got fascinatined with belts, as in using them as an impact toy. Turned out that they are much easier to handle than I thought and have a nice weight to them.... Mmmmm, where was I? Anyways, so far not on myself as I am not a big fan of self flagellation. Talked to Daddy about it - one day, hopefully, I will get to experience it first hand. Well, first ass would be a more accurate description, hands are not my preferred part of the body for that.

But all that talking got my mind spinning and I got an idea for a picture. Might at some point try it with better light on a client, but for now just a phone selfie. With two quick phone edits. Which one do you like better, left or right? I guess here they are called 3 and 4.
