An Editor needed, if you are so inclined

I have a story that is to the point of needing an editor. It's a lesbian story of a CEO and her inexperienced assistant. They both have crushes on each other but are afraid to say anything for fear of rejection. They find out and sex ensues. There is also a potential longer part, with "cameo appearances from characters in my previous stories.

I have checked and rechecked for spelling and grammar errors. I need a second pair of eyes to look at the flow and pacing. I'm also willing to listen to any suggestions to improve the story. I'm pretty good at accepting constructive criticism. After all, I am an adult (most of the time.
