I phone or android?

Beyond my comprehension but i am sure there are folks here who " know how"

Thank you but no!

Was writing stories.
The stories were going onto an i phone app.
The people doing that part fell out and walked away.

I am looking for someone who can develop the phone app.
I imagine it is simple for someone technical but impossible for technophobic me.

The proto type was downloaded.
Distribution was the difficult part.
They had a plan but didn't get that far.
