Not my kink so I don't know of any sites specifically for this sort of thing. Getting followers is rarely easy. You simply have to work at it and produce something people want to follow. For any marketing, it takes time and effort to get noticed in a crowd of other people doing the exact same thing.

Not in this forum. The last time someone tried that they were run off. It would be best if you used tumblr or some other platform. If you really want to you can add your link to you profile.
