The first thing you saw when you woke up today…

My cat curled up next to my stomach. He always does that. Every night he has to sleep next to me and some part of him has to be touching some part of me. I don't know why he does it but meh. I don't really mind. He's cute. He's (mostly) a good cat.
 
the Mister leaning over me and tapping his finger to my nose while whispering, "You need to get up, Sleepyhead. It's 8 am already. We have things to do today."
 
The sunrise coming in over the tops of the fir trees. So beautiful, I had to get up and go outside to sit and enjoy it.
 
Not once, but twice!!

Another "Spring" day completely obscured by solid grey overcast and the Oak trees being vigorously blown back and forth by what the weather people call "breezy conditions", so I rolled over and went back to sleep. I want some damn sunshine!!!
