Bash me if you want. There are still some great people but they only pop in now and again.

What happened to the sexiness of Lit? The fun? A little drama?

Slowly everyone is leaving.

It is just going to be alts that talk to themselves, political fights and Ms mAnn. Keep it up guys, it seems to be working.

The GB doesn't equate with Lit. In fact, the GB doesn't have much to do with what this Web site is at all. This is a erotica story site. There's very little relevant to this found on the GB and very few commenters on the GB have anything to do with either the writers or readers of stories on this site.

True enough. But at one time this was a fast paced posting area. It was fun. There is no longer anything here.

He/she is a case in point. Absolutely no evidence of being a Literotica short story reader or writer. Just a troll. An unusual one, as it posts in multiple rooms. It just has nothing relevant to Literotica to post.

Uhm..All that stuff......well.....it's not suppose to be all that. In fact, this has never been a real part of Literotica at all. Why do you think accounts and members emails have been hacked so much for reasons only the hackers know about?

The Forums here at Literotica are suppose to be between writers, authors, and readers/fans.

The GB has been a pet project that went wrong many years ago in a galaxy far away. Mods like RoryN have been trying their best to clear the herd that stayed behind. Finally, they've (RoryN and company) realized they ran out of people to fuck with and started tanking the story contests - that's when we starting fight back.

Writer's don't really fight for a place that constantly abuse them from all sides. This place isn't worth it.

As I've said many times here "We're tired of the bullshit".

You're smart. Figure it out.

The one's leaving finally got tired of all the bullshit trolling and stupid fighting over stupid shit. And how many writers and authors actually attended Lit get togethers? . Most of those coming back are either here to stay or better off being somewhere else.

This ship's been sinking slowly for a long time and now's it's happening so fast someone' FINALLY stepping up to do something about it.

But that's what they want.

They don't want sexiness, or fun. They're at the point where they don't want to be reminded that they've failed miserably for years at attaining either one. They're on self-preserving autopilot, looking for anything resembling the adrenaline rush they received when their elders lied to their younger selves with, "Don't mind the other children making fun of you - you're smart, and that makes you special."

I still post in the GB because, given that the prominent ones seem to be genuine assholes, I think they deserve discomfort - and I give it, successfully, and enjoy doing so. I suggest you visit other areas of Lit rather than the GB. PMs are still worthwhile, too. :cool:
