Chopped (if it's a good variety; iceberg is crisp, but bland)

Raspberry or orange vinaigrette?

(Had a great Orange vinaigrette last night; went quite well as a prelude to elk rib in wild mushroom and peppercorn sauce. The cabernet sauvignon topped it off perfectly).
