V-ribs? Lemme see if I can shed some light there, I think I might know what is being referred to.

Try putting your thumb on the underside of the roof of your mouth. If it's anything like mine, you can feel little ridges or ribs running side to side. In my experience, that's what the external wall on top of the g-spot feels like, and one of the ways I've used to find it. Hopefully that's what V-ribs are, so that I don't look like a moron

Congratulations! I was wondering if you could help me describe the more or less exact depth of the G-spot since I haven´t had too much success with my girlfriend so far in that respect (previous post regarding the subject remained unanswered). Generally, what I want to know is if the g-spot is behind the ridged area of the vagina where you can still feel that bone (whatever it´s called) or if the g-spot is higher up? HEEEEELP!!!

Impetus, I'm sure there are couples who find the Gspot has little effect. I think the biggest hold back is that the feeling of having to pee and then the build-up of intensity may be quite UNpleasant initially for some women and they ask their SO to STOP what he's doing..so... I'm not a doctor so although the question makes sense and may be the cause of "lost" GSpots out there, I'm clueless. The weird angle and the tipped uterus may explain why the correct amount of pressure can never or rarely be achieved though. You'd be pushing against the abdominal wall instead of the top of the pubic bone. No backing to rub against or between. Maybe try the ASpot then for similar results. It's usually a little farther UP and on the posterior wall of the vagina. I posted about the G because it is easier to reach for most couples however with a tipped uterus the ASpot may be the way to go.

I think it all comes down to the individual...hope you have a GSpot, manage to find it, figure out the best way to thump on it with sufficient gusto to bring on the desired effect - time and time again, use whatever you need, assume whatever position works for you, enjoy if successful, don't get bummed out if you strike out. I feel bad for the people who do strike out 'cause I've made it sound like EVERYBODY can do this no problem. We're all different.
