They present arguments and charges against Trump all day, but what we don't hear is a cross-examination or testimony from the defense, because Pelosi has allowed no defense. They, the Trump haters who are the totality of the committee are nowhere near establishing the legal requirement of "causation" between Donald Trump and the actions of the rioters, nowhere near that goal. The reason is that there is none. He's allowed to voice his opinion about the legitimacy of the election under the First Amendment. He's also allowed to raise money on that belief as well. There's nothing in the law that says he has to accept the outcome of the election. Hillary Clinton has made public statements that Trump was an illegitimate President. Nobody suggested she be prosecuted for saying so.He's being called because he's one of the ones who told trump he lost and to get that on record. trump knew from multiple sources there was no fraud and that he'd lost yet he went full steam ahead with his his clown posse making false fraud accusations and in the process racked up millions that never went to legal challenges to the election.
