If you love the kids, you’ll arm the teachers!

Pew-pew penis compensation continues to validate the US of A’s culture of massacre.

As long as the right to have and carry any number and type of guns and ammo remains immensely more important than preventing mass shootings and school massacres, ‘murica will continue to see more and more innocent people - including children - slaughtered.

The supremacy of the gun will reign, as the pew-pew partisans value their precious pistols more than the lives of their fellow citizens and the nation’s children. This, coupled with ridiculous fears of imaginary bogeymen, and blaming anything, everything else for the disproportionate number of gun and gun related deaths on US soil but the number of firearms, and the easy access to them, secures the dominion of gun culture, and ‘murica being just a little bit better than cave men when it comes to looking after its citizens.

1: Telecommute. We have the technology to teach every child in america over the internet.

2: Education: Train the faculty to spot the clear glaring signs of a psychotic break, and the authority to get them the help they need.

Either of these will probably work. Neither has even been suggested yet, because "Guns."

Take away their guns, and they will learn to make pipe bombs.

You’ve stumbled upon one of America’s worst held secrets. Yes, we could teach a large majority of public education over the internet, but two strong backlashes will ensue. 1) the teachers would lose jobs, and the Democrats, who have held public ed hostage for the past 50 years would go absolutely apeshit. This feeds directly into objection 2) Parents have used public ed as their baby sitting service, and so much as a weather change that keeps Susie or Johnny at home a day is a major family crisis.

This still doesn’t cover the immediate problem of a kid with a gun in the hallway shooting fellow students, the ONLY thing that will stop that event is a bullet, and you need somebody on scene immediately for that to make any difference.

You quoted the second solution, but didn't address it. I'm not going to dignify the "Democrats go apeshit" fantasy scenario by taking it seriously. It's a fiction.

Now, Education: Discuss.

Just figured that’s the usual trial balloon that eventually elicits the recognition that no amount of training and clairvoyance can foretell well who is going to snap, and most of the lookbacks prove the signs were either not there or could have been anyone, no rising of the little hairs on the neck, etc. There are some, yes, but even those find too much consternation about when you can intervene

Go ahead and suggest here that teachers need to be replaced with computers, and I’ll watch the jackals gather around you for lunch

LOL, I'm not talking about a Gestappo to jerk potential psychopaths out of class. That won't calm anyone down, i mean start treating adolescents as people, with needs, confusion, fears, and address them. The way we used to in schools, instead of statistics on spreadsheets. That's the cause here. it's not guns, it's forgetting that our children have needs, including attention, before they go on rampages to get attention.

I remember when they just cut themselves.

I'm still waiting for your straw liberals to show up and start the hysterics at the unthinkable. I suggested that 45 minutes ago. Looks like your prediction of behavior isn't any better than anyone else's.

Told you that was a fantasy. Got anything else, professor?

The jackals are only napping, show that red meat of unemploying teachers, they’ll show teeth and claws, probably snarl a little and take away your secret handshake.

As far as the way kids used to be, now we diagnose them to death, and the magic fix is a yet higher dosage of Ritalin

I'm not suggesting diagnosing them with anything (And it's aderrall, now) You're simultaneously arguing that we can't predict who will do what, AND strawmanning liberal's behavior, despite that prediction not coming true. So, which is it?

I'm suggesting they actually care for their children. it even says it in the title of this fucking thread. Fellow students, faculty, and parents have to stop neglecting children, and being assholes to them, because they can. For some reason this is unthinkable to partisan assholes on the internet.

We already have someone on scene. There was someone on scene today, and there was someone on scene at Stoneman Douglas.

Liberal talking points and their agenda don’t require predictions, they’re like the tide, wait a few minutes if the tide isn’t in. Most kids and parents now need introductions, it’s as if they haven’t met yet, only involved on the commute to soccer/band/football/dance classes etc

You're making an assumption that school faculty doesn't care or is neglecting kids. There have been many walkouts/strikes by teachers recently because school psychologists, social workers ....etc are not being funded. School faculty can notice that a kid has problems, and even report it, but if there is no one at the school who is trained to help the kid it doesn't do much good.

I'd love to hear what you're basing that on.

Right, because they're understaffed. They care in the "Thoughts and Prayers" sense, but they don't have the resources to give all the students the actual Care they need.

School faculty can notice that a kid has problems, and even report it, but if there is no one at the school who is trained to help the kid it doesn't do much good.

Right, which is why I suggested Training Faculty when I made the original point. Which requires funding. Lack of funding is one of the problems, not an excuse to make this about guns again.

If they don't have the funding to provide glue sticks, then they don't have the money to arm AND train teachers.

You can’t replace parenting with institutional social work and not expect wackos coming out of it. Parents abdicated that role to the schools, and the schools believed they could raise perfect little socialists. Now that the entire generation is fucked up, they want to ask why? It’s not funding, these kids have been shelved, and this was inevitable.

And as long as people are getting shot, guns and fighting back will be relevant to the discussion

Yep you really do get dumber by the day. It's amazing. I hope someone gets a chance to study you so that maybe we can prevent it from happening in the future.

But it's not social work. That's the thing, it's not even a day care. it's a mandatory job they're not payed for, with the threat of random shooting over their heads.

Parents abdicated that role to the schools, and the schools believed they could raise perfect little socialists.

Show me one school that teaches Socialism in the Unites States. Right now, show me one public school where that's even in the curriculum?

While you're at it, show me a socialist country with epidemic spree killings.

Now that the entire generation is fucked up, they want to ask why? It’s not funding, these kids have been shelved, and this was inevitable.

No solution. None is going to get done without funding. Guns for teachers? Not going to get done without funding. You can't not fund your way out of this. Everything suggested so far is going to cost money, bullets aren't free either.

One of my kids was told by a teacher, in class, that Republicans were retarded and she expected them ALL to join the school young Democrats club. OBTW, she was an elected Democrat serving in the NC legislature at the time. This same attitude was at EVERY teachers union meeting (been the fly on the wall at those), and listened to them joke about wasting school system money, bragging they can always get more. It’s not IN the curriculum, it IS the curriculum.

1: [citation needed] and 2: anectdotal. 1 alleged comment from a teacher does not illustrate the entire curriculum.

I said show me. Not make more shit up to support the shit you just made up.

So give us a link to where exactly in the curriculum it is.

When did you join the teacher's union?

I want you to cite a source. One source. Show your work. it's your allegation, it's your burden of proof.

I am the source, and I addressed a LOT of incidents of this kind with teachers and their fucking union, face to face. You want the assignment that was given to list all their rights? Yea, they were told about the Constitution being a tired old document... yada yada yada. As I said, I was there, and fighting a socialist school system ain’t easy. Leave it to say, I passed her socialism along to (then) Senator Jesse Helms... it was an interesting time...

"I am the source" is not a source. it's a claim, and not even a good one at that. It doesn't adress Socialism, it cites 1 school, and it still doesn't even mention the actual curriculum. So no, it's still a claim. if you post the documents, i will read them. Otherwise, no sample size.

Complete, total, utter bullshit.
