Are you a troop leader?

Yes. I have been for 7 years. This is my last year, so I can devote time to my young son too. It doesn't mean my older kids will fall to the wayside, but I found that Joey, my youngest child missed out on a lot because of conflicting schedules with troop activities and I just can't do that to him. Hopefully some other parents will step up to the plate so the troop isn't disbanded.
