Azalea said:Richard, I had never read your personal thread before......what can I say? I have come to find your topics/posts deeply fascinating, and can only wish you good things.
I don't know you anywhere near like the rest of these folks do, being the newbie on the block....but I am considered a good listener by my net friends.
Take care....I haven't had a chance to read all of the pages, but will when I get home from school this afternoon. (can't access lit at school...hehe!)

IMHO when people make committments to each other
and one of the people walks away without any real explaination or support for the other ... it's abandonment
What are your thoughts?

By reading this thread you will know me as well as most people
do. I live an open book here.
Thank you for the compliments about my post. I share the many years I have in the lifestyle and the struggle I am having with weather to stay in the lifestyle not alone if I should ever pursure a relationship again.

seems it is one of the professions that are attracted to BDSM.
Want to tell us more about you?
Azalea said:Teachers are attracted to BDSM? Who knows, one of my colleagues may be more understanding than I can imagine.....lol.
I teach high school English, Richard....also a basic remediation course called Compensatory Writing/Reading. I am certified to teach history was well, but haven't in years, though I would like to again.
My hubby is a Mennonite pastor. (can you honestly imagine him going much further than we already have with bondage?)
I have a daughter about to get her M.A. in religion and literature, a son in his third year of electronics engineering, and two daughters in junior high.
I belong to several other forums, under a name other than Azalea.
Azalea said:I belong to other forums than those at lit......they are all related to my love of sci-fi/fantasy and LOTR.
I am fascinated to discover that you yourself were once a minister.
By "homepage" do you mean my profile here?

lean towards D/s. It does not explain those that have a need for pain, humitlation etc. but...........
Azalea I asked you a question above that you did not answer.
Tim glad to see you back
I may have gotten some good news
I say may cause when it comes to VA
I do not believe squat
I got a call this morning from VA saying my disablity claim
has been approved at 100%. If this is true it brings to a close a 11 year battle.
I have told them I will not die till I win this claim.
Much of what I will win when this goes through will be benifits
for my wife/widow and minor children ...... since I have niether....
oh well ..........
