It is hard to understand why some people are using such a tragic event to spread more fear using the name of Nostradamus but unfortunately that is the case.

By the way, Nostradamus died in 1566 so anything with "Nostradamus 1654" should give you a clue.

So, for your information, the following variations are also hoaxes attributed to Nostradamus:

The one starting with "New century and 9 months",

The one starting with "9 months and eleven days" or "On eleventh day of 9th month",

The one which mentions "two steel birds",

The one which mixes 2 completely unrelated quatrains of Nostradamus "From the sky will come a great King of Terror...The sky will burn at forty-five degrees" in order to fit the event.

As for "City of God", see below:

The following quatrain has been circulating the Internet after the WTC bombings.

In the City of God there will be a great thunder,
two brothers torn apart by chaos,

well the date 1654 tripped a red flag so I just went around the net looking into it. and eventually came to about 50 sites sayign the same thing.

the nosrepository had it most organized, its offline right now as nos. org itself is due to high traffic flow

Oh on a side not there are bible pasages that could be used and misused out of context like the nos quatrains to say that this is predicted

and I am sure the author of bible code {micheal dross{sp}?} will pipe up in the next few days and show that it was "encoded" in the bible this attack

Believe it or not...I think Todd is actually pretty intelligent. (If anyone quotes me on that I'll swear you are a liar ) When it comes to researching, he is, at the very least, proficient at using the tools he has.

He may not be as articulate as some of our other posters, but what he lacks in grammar and spelling, he more than makes up for in comic relief.

I've been hearing this belief mentioned on the radio eversince the incident occurred. Another factor mentioned was something about twins. And ironically, it was twin towers that were struck by a group of terrorists that included twin brothers.
Over the last few days, there were alot of different theories mentioned. September 9th happened to be the 12th anniversary of the Camp David Peace Treaty (or something like that). It really won't be understood until the entire investigation has ended.

As for as the Nostradamus predictions, I'm beginning to believe it BIG TIME. After all, he predicted Kennedy's assasination and the reign of Hitler.
