Wumbhi Tahaza & Jimi Hendrix: WTF?

Was watching an excellent documentary on Jimi Hendrix and saw the famous picture with Wumbhi Tahaza written on his sleeve. As I didn't know a lot about Hendrix outside of his music, this was the first I'd heard or seen of it and I innocently went on the internet to find out what it meant.

Turns out, when you put those words into google you get one of two things: people talking about Jimi Hendrix and wondering what Wumbhi Tahaza means...or fans of Jimi Hendrix using the words or variants of them for Facebook pages.

Can someone help me out here?

No luck. I put it in a translator "unknown" to "English" and here is what I got: Wumbhi Tahaza
