Writing Goal for the Day?

I've been working on my latest submission to "Group Sex" and I'm torn between my original vision that includes male bisexuality versus leaving it be without it. Politically, I want to include the male bisexuality - so I probably will. Artistically, is it needed? I don't know. It's just a stroke story. Either way, I need to make a decision, get the story finished and posted. So, that's my writer's goal.

I'm afraid to say my reading will cause me to not complete my goal for today. Thank goodness I'm off tomorrow and Thursday as well. I did get another couple of long paragphs written (telling a part of a story on one of the main characters within the chapter), and I think I can complete the chapter tomorrow if I concentrate. I might even decide to end the chapter earlier than I thought I would. I was thinking of telling the story to the group and having a date for my main couple in the same chapter, but I may leave the date for another chapter. Drive my readers crazy with frustration to find out what's going to happen on the date!

I'm going to try to complete that chapter I didn't finish yesterday, and also post in my journal today. I also am planning to wash more of my dirty dishes.

I have dirty dishes too, please feel free to wash mine. I will provide the soap, water, sink and of course the dishes. :D

4100+ this morning. I'm a happy camper. :D

Unless we both have a working teleporter (and I know I don't), that isn't an option for you.

Submitted a Mature story this morning and will be working on adding more to Part 3 of the Novel thingie I'm working on. :)

Pre-school day for PennGirl, so hopefully some writing time for me at Dunkin' Donuts. And, maybe, a donut. :)

Surprise, surprise, I actually got some writing done yesterday afternoon and again this morning.

Woohoo! I accomplished my primary goal before I even had a chance to visit the forum - submitted another story today. Longer term goal - the plot bunnies have been multiplying lately. Hopefully they'll stay fresh! I have several more categories I need to get posted to if I want to look like I was sincere about the survivor contest.

My goal for today is simple - write a post in my journal. I may do some more work on FMRS's chapter one later, as I added a paragraph to it before I came online.

Managed about 2500 words on R&B10. That's a big one for me! And a little bit on a summer story, because what the heck. Every little bit helps.

The Survivor is a great contest and I'm glad you're having fun. I love mini-goals and completing each one - I'm changing my Immunity number in June though. I think I've outplayed my "9" - with my luck it'll be drawn more later in the year. lol

Started a novella I call MIDNIGHT ON THE FRUITED PLAIN.

I spent eons contemplating a tale to push the envelope for in your face offensiveness. Its political and racist. The Chinese run America, and ordinary folk work on Chinese farms producing food to ship back to China. American limousine liberals live in fortress enclaves where they serve the Chinese as puppet governors. The Hoodies control American workers with terrorism. The Chinese let them keep whatever they can take from workers without killing.

A non-fiction piece, cool

Today I need to get the review of habu's Flying High, Diving Deep finished and back to the publisher for relaunching in late June--and then off for a writer's meeting most of the weekend.

Do let us know when it publishes (seriously). Of course, until you've written it, it hasn't been written.

I got my first call from the editor on my BDSM novel that she has had for ten days.

The verdict? I can paint a vivid picture and am a good story teller, but my grammar leaves a lot to be desired.

Good thing she's fixing it or that would be a lot of money to pay her to tell me what a shit load of other people have already said.

Yeah, it's goofy fun. I'm enjoying the challenge to try and think of a story for categories I would have otherwise ignored. I've had about as much luck with the immunity challenge as I usually have with any lottery. >sigh< I know if I change my number, my old number will start popping up to spite me. Cursed numbers!

Another forum's thread inspired me to submit my first "How to." Which, since it deals with MMF themes, will probably get ignored, but it all counts towards the contest.

I'm been inspired by another forum thread about blackmail to hammer out story that I'm hoping to twist enough to toss into the Fetish category. So, that's my goal. Get that story started before I have to head out for the day.

My first year I did it, I gave up Immunities and opted to write one story at minimum in every category. Once I did that, I went in and wrote only in the categories I wanted to write in and I closed off the poetry sections with 10 (when they had a limit) and I think I took 4th.

This time the Immunities are loving me. I received 5 so far and have placed them in categories I don't feel are my strong points. My mini-goals are to reach cap level one in those categories that are not closed right now with immunities. I am having fun and just really enjoying the fact that the muse is allowing me the opportunity to write again.

I was actually inspired by a poster and wrote a Cross-dressing story, but it's not eligible for points at this time, because I had already used an Immunity on the Category. *pouts just a bit* lol

managed to get a habu relaunch for late June launch finished in final review and sent to the publisher yesterday. Habu's Grab Bag 2 should launch in the next day or two. I'm off for a weekend writers' conference--and not taking my laptop.
