I have this friend I work with. Happens to be female. In 2 weeks, she's called me "Handsome, and said to me, "If I ever wanna do something, just call." Is she just being friendly, or does she WANT me? I know I wouldn't mind having her.

Sounds like she is definitely giving you every kind of cue that she's interested in you and would like to see more of you - since she asked you out in so many words... I don't know that I'd jump to the conclusion that "wants" you, but sounds like she is definitely interested in getting to know you better. How about you take the first step and ask her out, and see where it goes from there? Not every friendship/date progresses to a serious relationship (sexual/romantic), but there's no harm in seeing where it goes.
