My girlfriend, who is a great writer/poet, just called me her Muse. Do any of you care about this???

Nah probably not but that made me happier then anything in recent memory ever has.

:D :D :D :D :D

I think it's sweet- I wouldn't mind being someone's muse- actually, I probably have been, but for stories where the women are evil bitches.... :)

Gee I can't see why being someone's source of inspiration would make yah feel special. :) Seriously, gives a whole new definition to you relationship I would imagine. Happy that you two are so close.

*slaps PC around for interupting my happy moment*

ah ok much better now.

*continuing to bask in glow of happiness*

If you are, indeed, her muse, then you're entitled to feel very special. If one's muse resides in the person of someone near and dear, then that person is both necessary and precious to the writer.

I think she deserves some flowers.

Your stock went way down when you agreed with Sparky's loony firebase idea, but all-in-all you're swell Azzie.

BTW, is your muse's name Sharon Stone? Oh, wait, you're the muse...

Nevermind.

Her birthday was today. We had a great weekend and I gave her flowers. Very nice long stim white/peach color roses. Candles in the bedroom. Some other kinky stuff I won't elaborate on, but anyone reading the BDSM thread may have a hint.

Then she left the flowers at my apartment when she left.

booooooooo.

Ok yeah after i thought about Sparkys idea i realized it was dumb. Just seemed like it might have had some potential thats all.
I mean to make a post in that thread conceding you guys were right but kind of forgot.

Doesn't sound likes she's needs it, but leaving the flowers gives her an excuse to come back very soon.

Dontcha know.. it's a girl thing. Gives us an excuse to come back for 'no reason' ;)

Thats the third time she has done that so maybe you are right about an excuse to come back.
