I would like to think I'd be okay with a relationship with a porn star. The key part is "relationship". I would need to know I have her heart and mind, that she cares about me and is interested in me. If we are only together because of sex, then that should be a friend with benefits setup.

But agree there are probably enough reasons to be jealous of attachments that form with on-screen sizzles. If there’s chemistry or just going through the motions for the movie’s love scenes. You read about actors and actresses that just hated working with certain people. And sometimes it’s amazing to read about because the scenes were so hot. And that’s why they’re actors making the big bucks. I heard Debra Winger couldn’t stand Richard Gere but you’d never know it watching An Officer and a Gentleman. And then there are movies like Princess Bride where the chemistry is palpable like between Buttercup and Wesley. But even though there is not full on sex like in a porno there could definitely be the connection and the close time with your co-star to lead to steamy off-screen action.

yes, there are actors/actresses in Hollywood that didn't like working together. Lots actually. Buy on the other hand, look at all of them that ended up together after working together.
