Wow, Public comments from the masses of Lit...

Now previously my only public comment experience was the nice things said by AHers.... this, this one, MAN I've been rolling on the floor!

I have managed to find the female equivalent of whats his name, you know Mr baby batter. I found the one woman on a self appointed crusade against anal.

I did manage to hit up nearly every major kink so the fact some people would have a kitten over something they didn't like being included isn't a surprise

Pleading is fine, and may I add you look most appealing in that position. Of course, it might be more effective if your weren't wearing knee pads. But as I was saying, pleading is fine, but save groveling for the last week.

I've got a hunch that after NaNo ends, the reads will pick up. And if they don't, English Lady usually posts a "begging" list of stories a few votes short of qualifying about a week before the deadline.

So arise from your posture of supplication fair lady, or hang around down there and see what happens.

277 in less than 24 hours topping the -totals- for all my other stories combined I try and get no votes, I produce a porno with below industry standard plot and viola

Alex, I've just RV and even C'ed your story. It's good to know there is young talent ready to take on the thankless task of grinding out plotless porn. That was a fast, fun read. My only complaint is you took nearly 1000 words to get to the action. Remember, flashback is the pornmeister's friend. The eternal formula is: sex - flashback with BRIEF backstory - more sex.

But seriously, I think the story's quick pacing has played a role in its success. As for cross-category sex, the most I ever intentionally came up with in one story was six in Mix & Match. According to the preamble, it contained: incest, group sex, interracial love, anal, lesbian sex, and even a little romance.

I;ve not written a contest entry this year, but I do have a question. Do you have to be a member of Lit to vote on this contest? I thought it was only the end-of-year author's awards that you had to be a member to vote on. Someone enlighten me and give me the joyous gift of being right

I think you are right.

But I'm not all that well informed. I'm sure Ogg, Rumple or one of the others will have your answer for you.
