So, I decided to submit something in the nature of The Attack of The Uni-Tits. It is called The Worst Christmas Story Ever and is nothing more than a bit of fluff. If and when I ever get mine done and submitted, it is also light-hearted. It is a story of an orgy after Santa leaves, and I have over 5,000 words already and I don't think I am halfway done yet. Like Colly's, it involves Mrs. Claus, who is young and sexy, and elves, but otherwise it has nothing in common.

So, why am I here instead of busily writing? Good question.

Yeah, my situation has been similar. I would check my score a few times during the day and it appears as if there's little or no change, but then the next morning the stats are way different than before.

I have seen that too Aurora. The overnight changes and troll sweeps, What I am talking about is absolutely no change in my numbers at all since sometime on the 23. After my last vote/pc there has been no change. Best of my recollection the number of reads has not changed either.

very odd goings on with views/votes/comments. havent had a nibble in nearly a week. well, i did have a one bomb over night... just very different this go round.

Regarding the stagnant votes...MANY people go away or are busy this holiday weekend. My prediction is....starting tonight and going right into early December, things will pick up. Also, with my stories at least, there has not been the kind of sweep where say, an entry can go from 4.40 to 4.70 in one day. Perhaps Laurel is waiting to the very end to do this....good idea actually, to give the trolls less time to reload.

My story scores have been altered slightly, by the removal of a vote or two, but that is not really a troll sweep. I am surprised overall by how few comments the new Holiday stories are getting, especially those posted in the last 10 days or so. I haven't gotten many comments from AHers lately.....everybody "read out" or just too tired from eating an overabundance of turkey?

PS- My "Worst Christmas Story Ever" has received more votes in a couple of hours than some of my other stories did in several days so perhaps that suggests future stories should be on the light side. Tatelou, Abs, where r u? We need something on the order of Ole Onebreast!
